Food we did not have we had refreshers and they were made good not to much water or too much syrup. Service was average and ambiance as any other Starbucks very busy due the area and heavy tourism.

Typical Starbucks although extremely busy. Drink good although most baristas have no clue how to prepare a Flat White. Needless to say, they have to remake.. After properly made, it was good. FYI - they do not take mobile orders during certain hours.

Slow service--first, my water bottle took forever, now I've been waiting 20 minutes for this iced coffee. Not cool.

I came to this Starbucks because I had to work here before I can move to my next hotel -- I was shocked to see how small this Starbucks was! The day I visited was the day they were giving out free reusable holiday cups so the place was pretty busy, but nevertheless, the baristas were extremely friendly. I ordered my peppermint mocha to get in the holiday vibes and some egg bites and despite the business of the store, I was able to get my items pretty quickly! Seating is pretty limited as it is a small store; they do have some patio seating but there are no outlets outside so be aware of that. I will say, the wi-fi here is mega fast; I've had some trouble with the wifi at some of my Starbuckses back home in DFW but it was ultra fast here so I was able to work without any problem here!

My body was craving my favorite Matcha Green tea Frappuccino, so I dropped by Starbucks to get my fix, and picked up a few more drinks for the family. Coming to this Starbucks is the icing on the cake for me, because the Baristas are always so pleasant, fun, upbeat, and offer quick, accurate service. It's the perfect way to end the day.

I stop by here to get some studying done before I have to leave for work or volunteer. I have never had a bad experience at this Starbucks. Location: Busy location with a bunch of tourists trying to find their way around Orlando. So be careful when you turn into the lot because there may be other drivers not focused or just came from the drive thru...you do not want to be part of an accident in this small parking lot. Parking: Okay, parking does suck here. This location is on the busy street of international drive and the building itself is pretty small. The parking lot is shared with a bunch of other stores crammed in this one corner like the UPS store and Walgreens. BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU PARK. There may be signs posted that it's for customers other than Starbucks. I noticed a lot of people do not know that there is parking for Starbucks customers behind the Starbucks near the entrance to the drive thru. Get your exercise in and park there and walk those few steps to the front! Staff: Every time I've been there, I had no complaints about the staff. Everyone is friendly and lively. I've chatted with a few before and they never messed up on my order. Building: This location is kinda small but they have seating both indoors and outdoors. I may have had a few times where I had to wait for a table to open up where the outlet is near but nothing too serious. I have shared my table with another customer and vice versa. Other customers who come here to do work are friendly and I encountered no troubles. Overall, great Starbucks and staff! Had no problems so far with my experience here.

This is a typical starbucks. Same food items and drink items that they all have. It is I think the only one on a busy tourist street so it does get really busy especially the drive thru. There are days when you can wait almost 10 minutes, but like I said it's the only one close by. I see others post about the friendliest staff and I have to disagree. I come here about once or twice a week on my way to work. They are not rude but there are days where they are nicer then other days. Some days they can be in such a rush the guy who usually works the drive thru is really short with you. They have outdoor seating and the inside is rather small but it is in a small location. It's starbucks so if you are near international drive definitely go!

Iced PSL and Graham (Latte) Frap.

This was my first visit to this Starbucks. I stopped in after dinner with a girlfriend. The café was about to close, which I did not realize. Jess and her crew (at least she carried herself like a manager) did not rush us at all. She even took her time to still train them even though they were closing up. She did not boss them around, instead she directed them in a way that they would learn from their experience. They all kept their smiles while crafting our beverages. I wish I got the others' names because they deserve just as much praise. The drinks were perfectly made. I ordered a "skinny" PSL, but she did warn me that it would not be completely sugar-free just non-fat/no whip, which I expected. I ordered the new Graham Latte in Frap form, which she also mentioned that she just put up the sign for that, so I was the first to have it. I felt so special. Hopefully the service and drinks are like this all the time here. I would definitely refer friends and family here and return when I am in the area.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles, and the cozy atmosphere immediately made us feel welcome. We ordered two kinds of smoothies along with their traditional beignets. The beignets were generously dusted with powdered sugar, and when I took my first bite, they were hot, fresh, and wonderfully chewy on the inside. I honestly don't think I've ever had freshly made beignets before, and they were absolutely delicious! We were both so excited to discover this place. They offer several different varieties of beignets, and we're already looking forward to trying more of them little by little on future visits. Today was my cheat day, and it was completely worth it for these amazing treats! The smoothies were also fantastic. They weren't overly sweet, and you could really taste the freshness of the fruit. Matcha has officially exploded in the United States, and Saikō has clearly tapped into that culture. They have a really fun menu with creative combinations that go way beyond a basic matcha latte, but what really caught my attention was the Hojicha. I'm calling it now: Matcha was the beginning. Hojicha is coming next. Hojicha is roasted Japanese green tea, and it has a completely different flavor profile from matcha. It's smooth, earthy, nutty and almost toasted, without that grassy quality some people associate with matcha. The one I had at Saikō was absolutely delicious. I also love that they're not treating Japanese tea like a trend that needs to be watered down for everyone. There's some real creativity happening with the flavors and combinations, and the menu is interesting enough that I'd want to come back and work my way through it. The location is definitely unconventional, but there's something kind of cool about watching people play pickleball while you're sitting there drinking Japanese tea.
