I ordered my peppermint mocha to get in the holiday vibes and some egg bites and despite the business of the store, I was able to get my items pretty quickly! Seating is pretty limited as it is a small store; they do have some patio seating but there are no outlets outside so be aware of that. I will say, the wi-fi here is mega fast; I've had some trouble with the wifi at some of my Starbuckses back home in DFW but it was ultra fast here so I was able to work without any problem here! read more

Each morning I was greeted with many "good mornings" and friendly and welcoming staff. They were dancing and having a great time even in the early morning. My order was perfect each time. This is one of the better Starbucks locations in the area. While the interior is not super large, there are sufficient tables for doing work, as well as about a half dozen shaded tables outside under umbrellas. The staff is super friendly, and drinks were made quickly and accurately. The bottled waters and other prepackaged items are not out for customers to grab; apparently they're in the back, so you have to ask for those items. I have visited this location very frequently as it served as a great work space while my kids attend swim practice at a nearby pool. This is a typical starbucks. Same food items and drink items that they all have. It is I think the only one on a busy tourist street so it does get really busy especially the drive thru. There are days when you can wait almost 10 minutes, but like I said it's the only one close by. I see others post about the friendliest staff and I have to disagree. I come here about once or twice a week on my way to work. They are not rude but there are days where they are nicer then other days. Some days they can be in such a rush the guy who usually works the drive thru is really short with you. They have outdoor seating and the inside is rather small but it is in a small location. This was my first visit to this Starbucks. I stopped in after dinner with a girlfriend. The café was about to close, which I did not realize. Jess and her crew (at least she carried herself like a manager) did not rush us at all. She even took her time to still train them even though they were closing up. She did not boss them around, instead she directed them in a way that they would learn from their experience. They all kept their smiles while crafting our beverages. I wish I got the others' names because they deserve just as much praise. The drinks were perfectly made. I ordered a "skinny" PSL, but she did warn me that it would not be completely sugar-free just non-fat/no whip, which I expected. I ordered the new Graham Latte in Frap form, which she also mentioned that she just put up the sign for that, so I was the first to have it. I felt so special. I go to this Starbucks occasionally as I work in the area. It can get a bit busy since it's a central location for both tourists and locals, but they manage it pretty well. The store is typically pretty well-kept and there's usually enough seating. The staff is usually friendly as well. This is a small but very cool Starbucks location, it's as if they squeezed it in being this is a major tourist spot and the real estate is at a premium and very limited. It amazes me that there aren't more Starbucks location in the immediate area with number of hotels and restaurants along International Drive - The service was great, extremely friendly and our drinks were perfect. One word of caution if your using the drive-thru it's very tight and like driving through a maze at least with my truck, if you drive a Fiat maybe your experience will be different. This may be one of my worst experiences at Starbucks. For starters, the barista working the cash register was not friendly at all. I tried to be light hearted and make jokes with her but she just ignored me. My drink was made pretty quickly, but again the barista working the "bar" was not friendly at all and seemed very frazzled. Then I waited for my pastry and the girl at the cash register forgot about me and started another task. I asked her about it and she spent at least 5-10 minutes just looking for the pastry I ordered. When I finally got it, it was completely burnt. I didn't say anything because I felt like me speaking up again would make me look like the bad guy. This store looks fairly new so they may just need some time to get things going, but they're definitely off to a bad start. read more

Passed by this Starbucks on the way to another Sbucks. Seems like a relatively new location, construction work around the area. so parking is still a little limited. Staff was extremely friendly as soon as I walked in. This is a drive thru location as well! The inside is spacious with a lot more indoor seating than I'm used to from other locations. Interior designs are modern and open. Gave me good space to study. Plenty of outdoor seating as well with comfy couches. Since it does seem new, wasn't busy at all when I went which was midafternoon on a Friday, that might change later when construction is done and the other shops in the little plaza are open. Overall, great experience, I just love the inside. Plenty of natural sunlight from where I was sitting. read more

Worst location I have ever been to. I travel frequently even with COVID. Starbucks has always allowed for mobile ordering or lobby pick-up. This location does not let you place an order through mobile app nor will they let you call in to be picked up. Only allowing customers with vehicles to place an order through the drive thru. Being without a rental car I refuse to have to pay for an Uber or Lyft just to be able to get a Starbucks! Oh an you might be thinking go to another location well unfortunately the next one popping up on my app is over a mile away. read more
