Juan Valdez Cafe is a great spot for a quality coffee break. The staff is welcoming and the service is quick which makes it easy to stop in anytime I need to be in the vicinity. The coffee drinks are strong, smooth, and flavorful. I got a hazelnut latte and it was probably the best I've ever had. The cafe has a warm, inviting atmosphere. They had a great playlist of Latin music which didn't play too loud so I could also make calls. Don't hesitate to stop in and try their delicious coffee.

As a coffee lover, I was a bit disappointed with my visit here. I've had Juan Valdez in Colombia, and it doesn't feel like the quality is the same here in the states. The cafe is small, although seating is available. There is an area with retail items like tumblers and coffee bags available. My barista wasn't very friendly or informative about the menu options; she just wanted to take my order and go. I ordered a latte with oat milk and a marble loaf cake, both were just OK

I stopped in for a coffee after a show and had a great experience. The café was very clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. They offer a nice selection of pastries along with their coffee, and everything looked fresh. The coffee itself was delicious and exactly what I needed to wind down. I'd definitely stop by again.

Visited here during our trip and decided to get a lavender latte and it was delicious! It's one of the options at the icon park food court for a reason! their bake case was super tempting but i already ate a ton so i wasn't able to get anything from it. The workers were super sweet and helpful with my order and were a joy to be around. Definitely a good check off the coffee list! There was plenty of places to sit in the food court and it had good lighting and was surrounded by tons of fun things to do!

Finally got to try Cuban coffee! I had the Double Coladita. It was nice and strong, and so much stronger than the espresso available at your local chain coffee shop! I recommend trying it sweetened with honey or sugar. The customer service at this location was super fast and efficient. This location also sold some baked goods and the prices are reasonable.

Large, clear menu and clean counter

The Juan Valdez Cafe is clean and spacious (but not large) with a large menu (ie, easy to read!). The cafe offer several traditional coffee drinks and several Colombian varieties as well. The Dirty Teas were a treat and can be made hot or iced. The pastry items were delicious. On this trip we tried the buñuelo, the Nutella croissant and the Pan de Bono. They also serve empanadas - both Columbian and Mexican. All of the baked goods looked delicious so we'll have to come back to try them. The Cafe also sells their signature coffees to brew at home. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable - and bilingual. Highly recommended making the stop if you are in the area.

Visitar Juan Valdez siempre es una experiencia encantadora. El aroma del café recién hecho te envuelve desde que entras, y la atención del personal es buenísima.

You place your order at the counter and they bring it to your table once ready. The service was good except for the coffee which arrived pretty late, long after we had eaten our breakfast, as the barista arrived late. This is considering we were there during peak breakfast hours between 8-9 AM. The delay is acceptable but it's something the lady at the counter could have set an expectation for as the orders were backed up, but regardless, the overall service was okay-ish. We had the veggie breakfast sandwich, the bacon-egg-and-cheese breakfast croissant sandwich, a medium mocha cappuccino, a medium cafe con leche as well as an order of pan de bono to go. The sandwiches were served pretty promptly and the portion sizes were pretty decent. The lady forgot our to go order for the pan de bono till we asked while waiting for our coffee. However, since the coffee arrived super late, we decided to have the pan de bono at the café instead of taking it to go simply to pass the time. Coffee was decent too but nothing exceptional. Overall, the place is okay but kinda pricey for the food and the service they provide. We paid upwards of $50 (including tip) for two breakfast sandwiches, two tiny breads and two medium sized coffees. May not be a viable option as a regular breakfast place for most people in this economy.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles, and the cozy atmosphere immediately made us feel welcome. We ordered two kinds of smoothies along with their traditional beignets. The beignets were generously dusted with powdered sugar, and when I took my first bite, they were hot, fresh, and wonderfully chewy on the inside. I honestly don't think I've ever had freshly made beignets before, and they were absolutely delicious! We were both so excited to discover this place. They offer several different varieties of beignets, and we're already looking forward to trying more of them little by little on future visits. Today was my cheat day, and it was completely worth it for these amazing treats! The smoothies were also fantastic. They weren't overly sweet, and you could really taste the freshness of the fruit. I highly recommend Beignets & Brew to anyone who has never tried freshly made beignets--or to anyone who simply loves a delicious sweet treat. We will definitely be back!

Matcha has officially exploded in the United States, and Saikō has clearly tapped into that culture. They have a really fun menu with creative combinations that go way beyond a basic matcha latte, but what really caught my attention was the Hojicha. I'm calling it now: Matcha was the beginning. Hojicha is coming next. Hojicha is roasted Japanese green tea, and it has a completely different flavor profile from matcha. It's smooth, earthy, nutty and almost toasted, without that grassy quality some people associate with matcha. The one I had at Saikō was absolutely delicious. I also love that they're not treating Japanese tea like a trend that needs to be watered down for everyone. There's some real creativity happening with the flavors and combinations, and the menu is interesting enough that I'd want to come back and work my way through it. The location is definitely unconventional, but there's something kind of cool about watching people play pickleball while you're sitting there drinking Japanese tea. Saikō is one of those places where you can say you discovered it before everyone else did. IYKYK.
