I order from here all the time the same thing. As I was picking up a delivery order I was also picking up my drink. My cup is half empty as I ordered a iced espresso but with no ice and extra milk. I asked the lady if I could get more milk and her reply was "no because an ice espresso only gets 4 oz of milk". Never had a problem getting my cup full of milk before. She was very rude! So I hate leaving a review like this because I am torn, because there some positives. I was on my way to pick up coffee with my little girls and I noticed that I didn't have my wallet. So I asked my wife to order on the app. She places our order and it said the time frame was 20-30, but she didn't know that until after ordering. We arrived at the store a few minutes later. I waiting in line to ask about our order because I thought maybe the longer time frame was due to her phone being 18 minutes away while she ordered from the app. The lady who assisted me at the register (Lucia) was fantastic and very helpful. Buuuutt.... While Lucia is looking to see order status (now 10 minutes have passed). I asked another team member if the app uses distance to decide order time frame. She said no, it is because they are so busy. And that the wait right now is 30 minutes. I literally looked around at a not full seating area and the 4 people in line and said, this doesn't seem so busy for a Starbucks. Then I asked about the truck at the window that pulled in while I was arriving. They were now getting a latte. She said drive through is the same time frame it can't be the same vehicle. Then again states they are so busy and if I just wait it will be ready in the 30 minute timeframe. Fine. Here is where it becomes very frustrating... Lucia returns and says that the vanilla frappe are already done. And then says my black coffee is almost done. But that she can't do anything about wait time on my other drink- the latte-. She points to the coffee manager was speaking to and says she is in control of the order for those drinks.. hahahaha lovely. We await an additional 18 minutes for the latte. Both fraps have now melted. And they didn't make the coffee extra hot. In fact it's cold. The young woman who gave us our drink was kind and actually went over to the coffee manager to say they were have been there "awhile" and then she said it was the next "sticker". Takeaway from this- Starbucks you need to treat your drinks like delivering meals at a restaurant table. You can't make ice drinks ahead of the hot ones, especially with a 15-20 minute separation. That's really brings down the customer satisfaction level. If there is an app for ordering it should be in line with the other orders for completion time, and the customer should be able to enter their pick up timeframe. Lastly, telling a customer that you very busy and that coffee takes 20-30 minutes when there are 7 cars in the drive thru and less than 20 people inside the store (6-7inline) is dishonest and unprofessional. I am obviously a consumer that can see the lobby and know it isn't busy. I feel very Karen'ish right now.... But it was pretty frustrating. read more

Quality products do not always quality service. The employees were so concerned with making and serving the items they didn't consider the face-to-face customers. No thank you, welcome, or do you need anything. The elderly lady at the register was the the friendliest person in that particular location. I can not tell you how may times I have been to this location and they have been randomly closed like today a FRIDAY.
