While the food itself was good, other than the very basic avocado toast we also got, but that is the only thing I can say positively about this experience. We spent over an hour stuck in their drive-through line. We should have gone inside, but the parking lot was packed and we were worried we couldn't get back out. The drive-through line was stuck due to an issue where they would not ask cars to pull ahead and let other cars go ahead and get their order. Then new people to the line couldn't get around and thus they would get blocked as well. When my wife called to the inside to ask what the issue was and to speak to a manager, she was hung up on twice by different 'managers'. When we got to the window, the manager came to the window and said he was the only manager on duty, and thus other people were pretending to be the manager when we called and then hanging up when we tried to get names. What a disaster. I wish I could repeat my decision this morning and choose somewhere else to eat. If you're reading this, heed my warning and AVOID this place unless you like long lines, rude people, lying "managers", being hung up on multiple times and incorrectly advertised overpriced food. Shall I go on? We drove up and the parking lot was full and the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. We decided to stick with the drivehtru line - what a mistake. It took us over an hour to make it from the front of the building to leaving with our food. After 45 minutes in line, I called the store to see what the issue was. A lady answered the phone and said they were running behind on drink orders and that was what was backing them up. I asked for her name and she hung up on me. I called back again and another girl answered the phone and I asked for the manager. The girl asked who I had talked to because "there are multiple managers" and when I asked for the female managers name, she hung up the phone on me again. When I get to the drive thru, I ask for the manager. I man comes up, says he's the only manager (Idas). I explained that someone on the phone was impersonating him. He said 5 people had called out today and they were having staffing troubles. I get that - but the rude attitudes and hanging up on customers because you've been lying is not ok. I recorded the conversation (including being hung up on) and I'm happy to share with corporate. The food was not worth waiting over an hour. $8 for a piece of white bread you get at dollar general and the thinnest layer of avacado and no everything but the bagel seasoning is a scam. I stopped by here earlier today with my wife and twins. To be honest, we had some time to kill and had already been to Donut Hole and Thomas's, so I figured why not try Parlour Doughnuts. When we arrived, the store was bustling. The drive-thru line wrapped halfway around the building, and there weren't any parking spots available. Thankfully, as quickly as people were arriving, others were leaving, and within a couple of minutes we had a spot and headed inside. The interior of Parlour Doughnuts features a modern and airy design. There are black and white patterned tile floors, white walls, a mix of high-top and standard tables, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The space has a clean and welcoming atmosphere. For our donuts this morning, I chose a raspberry pistachio, my wife went with a chocolate chocolate, my son picked a campfire, and my daughter chose a raspberry carnival. From the time we entered until we had our donuts took about 15 minutes, with around 5 minutes of that spent waiting for the chocolate chocolate to be ready. Once we had our donuts, we headed back to the car to eat them. My donut ended up being quite good. The donut itself had a crispy shell and a super light and airy interior. It was my favorite proper donut of the week, including both Donut Hole and Thomas's. The raspberry and pistachio topping was also enjoyable, though a bit on the sweeter side. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her chocolate donut and said it was super decadent. Both of my twins had parts of theirs and seemed to like them. Unclean, worker played with hair constantly while serving the donut, arguing behind the counter in front of customers and none of the workers could answer questions about what was happening. We walked in before noon and they were out of everything except 3 types and the lady that was servicing the donuts said that is all they have. 6/10/26..1st time going to Parlor Doughnuts and probably my last. I ordered 14 doughnuts online and was informed they would be ready at 7:17. I got there around 7:15 and figured I'd just go through the drive thru and pick them up. Pulled up to the drive thru and and was informed it was closed. So, I pull up to the drive thru window and try to flag someone down and ask about my doughnuts. I blowed my horn several times and no one ever acknowledged I was at the window. I then get out of my car and stand right up next to the window and someone finally comes over. I proceeded to tell the worker I had placed an order and I was wanting to pick them up. He said the drive thru was closed and I needed to come inside. Mind you, it is now around 7:25. The lights were off and chairs on top of tables, but they close at 8:00. I go inside and tell the worker I have an order of doughnuts to pick up. He asked my name and I told him. He goes to "look" for my order and then proceeds to tell me they didn't have any of the doughnuts I had ordered. I asked why did it let me order them and he said that was being worked on? He said they had 3 doughnuts in the store. I then requested my order be cancelled and refunded then, but was told I'd have to do it on my end or call in the morning to get it taken care of. He was rude, very short and had terrible customer service skills. Need to hire more friendly, customer service oriented workers. I then went to Krispy Kreme and was greeted with a smile, friendly workers and great customer service. 6/11/26 Update: Had to drive back to the store to get a refund because nobody would answer the phone. Okay , so I had a hard time choosing between this & Thomas doughnuts. I chose this place bc they had vegan options & they have specialty coffee drinks. I got a regular blueberry hill & a vegan blueberry hill to see the difference. They were BOTH DELICIOUS! The vegan doughnuts are more of a thicker cake batter and the regular doughnuts are like a layered fluffy croissant . The "blueberry hill" was my favorite , Denver recommended the "turtle cheesecake" doughnut- it was good but kind of sweet . I wish I got the "Sandy beach" they said it taste like a cinnamon roll but Denver said it was kind of plain. The service was 10/10 loved all of the faces & they were all sweet! I got a Carmel macchiato but forgot to ask for oat milk I was talking so much , lol! However it seemed as though the a/c was also not working. Patrons where leaving do to the heat and the long line. By the time I ordered my 4 donuts and my iced coffee and paid my husband went to the car with the donuts as i stayed in and waited for my drink. Not being told of the wait time for my drink. I was waiting for 20 minutes for a medium iced Carmel macchiato. If i hadn't have already paid for it I would have walked out. Just to get to the car and find out my doughnut selection was wrong. The line was wrapped around the entire inside walls. I was not able to go back inside and voice my frustration at the time due to 1. The lack of service vs patrons as well as my overall experience and frustration. Some of the worst service I've ever experienced. There was no clear indication for pick up orders versus in person orders and not a single worker was moving with purpose. There was a line out the door for people with pick up orders, yet the employee doing to go order hardly even looked our way. People please. If you don't want to work, don't show up at your job. I ordered one donut and a cop of coffee. the total with tip was $9.87. After waiting nearly 20 min I walked out with my donut but not my coffee. The individual making the drinks could not have worked slower. I had to leave. She worked at a snails pace. But I learned something there. Someone with almost no energy can actually stand upright and chew gum. If you want to see this phenomenon, drop in and order a cup of coffee.
