It looked like they had taken a completely different cake and quickly added "Happy Birthday Sierra" in very sloppy handwriting. When I pointed out that it wasn't my cake, instead of apologizing or explaining that my order had been missed, the employee responded with an attitude that I had ordered an 8-inch cake, this was a 10-inch, and they were only charging me for the 8-inch--as if I should be grateful for a larger cake I never ordered. Mistakes happen, and I would have completely understood if someone had simply apologized and explained that my cake hadn't been made. What I can't understand is trying to hand me a completely different cake without acknowledging the mistake at all, then giving me an attitude when I questioned it. This was my daughter's birthday cake. I left without a cake and extremely disappointed in how the entire situation was handled.
