This location is diabolical. It was good until it is not. The drinks are NOT what size you said they are. The tall is literally SO SMALL it wasn't like that before. They DO NOT fill up their cups fully i can literally see emptiness in the cup. Also, there was this worker i think her name is Jenn (???) who was yelling the whole time that "THERE IS NO ICE!!!" and complaining while doing her job. This is not normal and the service is terrible except for this one worker she is the sweetest. The drinks are good but they need to work on this. Thank you for nothing. read more

People that work there are really nice and competent at their jobs. They always go the extra mile when greeting and talking to customers. They also intermittently cleaned the barista area to ensure it was clean. In the 12 hrs I spent there this past week, I did not see anyone wipe down any of the customers tables during service. I don't know if that is corporate policy or if it was because it was very busy the whole time but I ended up just using napkins which was not as effective as I would have liked. I didn't bother to ask anyone to do it so that's on me. Also it was freezing in there, but that may just be me as well. Wireless chargers on the table are pretty cool. This is quickly becoming one of my favorite Starbucks in the area - whether it is after shopping at the farmer's market across the street on a Saturday morning, or for a pick-me-up after staring at lectures all day. An experience I would like to share: Yesterday I got to the counter and asked for a grande Pike. They were out. No problem, I said, I'll just have the Thanksgiving Blend then. They were out too. I'll just wait for the Pike to brew, it's fine, I told the barista, who offered to make an Americano for me instead. I declined, and said I would wait for the fresh brewed Pike. It wasn't even a huge deal. I didn't mind waiting one minute for a freshly brewed cup of coffee. No problem. However, when I offered up my card to pay, the barista told me that my coffee was on the house, which I can only assume was for my 'inconvenience'. Yes, it was just a cup of coffee, but it made my day just that much better. Customer service: on point. read more

There were 3-4 associates working and the cashier was totally lost and rude He misunderstood the status of the coffee machines and I was forced to wait an additional 7 minutes The barista presented with with one order while the other order was delayed. Despite popular opinion, not all Starbucks' are the same. This one in particular has extremely good and friendly service, they are typically fast, and it's actually clean, and the ambience matches. We ordered four frappucinos, a caramel macchiato, and a mocha latte. The frappucinos were creamy and silky; however, they were too liquidy for our liking. The Mocha cookie crumble Frappucino was delicious and my favorite. Mocha is my favorite flavoring and to add Oreo cookies, what a genius idea! The macchiato and latte both had a good ratio of milk to espresso. Overall, I've never had a bad experience. read more

The award for coolest, most personable baristas goes to the P-vizzle Starbucks! The drinks are well-made and they make sure you're happy. The seating could be more plentiful. It's not as easy to find a good place to sit & enjoy your beverage with all the laptop-toting millenials who permanently park themselves in the place all day. It's all good though because the coffee is great. Extra high-five for the music! The baristas are allowed play their favorite tunes here too (ex. Prince, A Tribe Called Quest, and Blu Cantrell -- no Sirius station can offer that combo!), which, I swear - results in a better cup of coffee! read more

It's a Starbucks, so you know going in what you're likely to encounter. They have a much wider food selection than the smaller Starbucks in nearby Chappaqua, which is nice, as sometimes I want a savory item or breakfast sandwich, not just pastry. The staff at this location is always very friendly, and service has always been prompt. I wish there were a few more tables with chairs, as seating can be an issue when it gets busy, which it often can on the weekends. There's certainly room for them to add a little more seating. read more

Yes, I know, aren't all Starbucks the same? Generally yes, in terms of product. The only reason I even bother to rate them is because not all Starbucks locations are created equal. In fact, I have found many Starbucks locations in the Tri-State area to be on the worn down side, with many stores downright dirty. Others vary in terms of efficiency, service, and employee attitude. Happy to say this location is excellent. Service is fast and friendly. Store layout is very nice. And everything is clean. And when your caffeinated beverage costs over $5, you have the right to expect all of these things. read more

So I went to order with my friend and I asked for a Strawberry açaí "cooler" and the cashier proceeds to correct me disrespectfully saying " wait you want the Strawberry açaí REFRESHER" and I'm like yes and also can I have a venti caramel iced macchiato and then proceed to give him the $10 and then he says " It would be VERY HELPFUL IF YOU UNFOLDED THE BILLS BEFORE YOU PAY" Then he proceeds to aggressively unfold the bills and let's out a huge sigh and we also saw this correctional behavior with him for the customer in front of us. It's hard to write a review of Starbucks that will be different from any other review of Starbucks. This location is similar to most smaller locations you will go to anywhere else -- limited seating, typical music playing (Jack Johnson, Norah Jones, and the like) but the service I've received has always been superb. Earlier today, one of the barista even asked (as he was beginning to make my drink) whether I wanted it piping hot or hot-but-cool-enough-to-sip-without-scalding-yourself hot. The seating here is quite limited and all but a few seats are near the door. So it is FREEZING in the winter. If you're just here to talk to a friend, there is a nice bar-like area with high stools. Bathroom is very clean, but the toilet takes forever to stop flushing. A little darker than most other Starbuckses. read more

Can get crowded in the mornings, but they always try to move people quickly. It's a dream compared to the one in Bronxville, which I went to for years. For the size, they could have more seats. I went here because we couldn't find the Briarcliff Manor starbucks. It definitely was not up to par with the service I generally get at starbucks. Firstly, I asked for the Caramelized Honey latte iced and ended up getting an iced macchiato. I told them they got the order wrong and the man happily decided to fix it, but fixed it wrong. Instead of an iced caramelized honey latte, they gave it to me hot despite me telling two separate baristas I wanted it iced. Not the end of the world, but I wish they had listened more carefully. read more
