Very quick and friendly service. Drinks are made consistently and the people are really sweet.

Drive thru was quick, our order was a little complicated but made correctly and drive thru barista was super nice.

I know this location gets a lot of traffic and I do not mind waiting in the drive thru or inside online for a bit. The staff is super nice and pleasant and I have no issue with any of the service. It may just be the water here but I never enjoy the coffee I receive from this particular location. It has nothing to do with the staff, and I order the same exact thing every time I go to any Starbucks location. I just do not like the coffee they make for me. But another thing I enjoy about the staff is once I came with my puppy and they gave us a pup cup without me asking. They are all a great bunch of people who work here so my 3 star review does not reflect on them. read more

I went there to pickup coffee and a few sandwiches, I ordered sriracha for one of them. I looked through the bag and didn't see it so I asked for a sriracha. Instead of giving me one they assured me they put it in the bag so I left and was saddened to find no said sriracha in my bag. :( read more

I frequent this location a lot, but today was extra amazing and I felt the need to make sure everyone knew. I did my mobile order like I always do right as I was leaving daycare so my drink would be ready when I got to the store. I got there and its very busy, so I wait. Several minutes later I never saw my drink and they were caught up. I politely asked the barista, Carissa, where my drink was and she informed me it didn't come through. Rather than having me reorder and pay again, she asked me what I had and made my drink for me. Amazing customer service on this sunny Tuesday morning! Thank you Carissa for being so sweet! read more

Coffee at this particular location can be really great but honestly sometimes it is pretty bad... There is always a big line. No matter what time of day it is. When I lived in Saint Louis the Starbucks I was close to could get you out faster with double the people in line. I wish they had a more consistent formula to making their coffee, sometimes it isn't worth the 5-6 dollars for what tastes like water with a couple drips of coffee. I do not understand how they can have 5+, yes 5 or more employees behind the counter, and still not give you your drink for 30 minutes whether you're in the drive-through or in the store. Sometimes the employees are very kind, sometimes they are pretty snotty. Now, this next thing has nothing to do with my rating or anything because they can't control this... but anytime you go in there are a bunch of teenagers sitting at the tables unnecessarily taking up legitimately all the spots and being very loud. Not a good place to do any work or schookwork or have a meeting like it was when I was in Saint Louis. This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot of them (from New Jersey to Las Vegas). Terrible latte, slowest service I've ever seen. The drive through takes forever for even two cars to get through. I first thought it was just a minivan of frapachino hogs, but the next time I braved the drive through: same thing! Well, they were 3 stars until my 2nd trip to this location. Received the wrong coffee and to add injury to insult, they forgot my shots of espresso. When I said something, the guy said "yeah, the shots are in there...". Well, as some reviews states before, no creamer, no raw sugar, the fixin's bar was all out except for the regular sugar and a little bit of cinnamon left. Now, all of the above mentioned would not of irked me as much as the cashier looking at me as if I disturbed her peaceful day. Then to speak to the next customer as if they were cousins (which may have been the case)... Well, has it been the worst Starbucks? No. Does it have room to improve? Why, Yes! So much potential and such a waste. :-( guess it's hotel coffee next time I visit Quincy for work. read more

This is probably the worst Starbucks I ever been too. When I first got there I ordered a ham and cheese croissant the lady went back to look and said she didn't have it so I ordered a chocolate croissant. I also tried to use a gift card but the lady said the card was empty ,but the last time I checked it still had six dollars left. I waited for 15 minutes and still nothing. I had to ask a barista .She finally looked at my order and said we don't have any chocolate croissant . And finally decided to get a butter croissant. But even the croissant was bad . read more

Can"t beat Starbuck"s for a predictively excellent coffee. Only complaint is that they don"t keep decaf brewed all the time. Very friendly staff, free wifi, and good seating although limited. Nice place to hang while the wife shops at nearby mall. read more

Always great service! Wonderful staff! My default drink white chocolate mocha....so good. The seasonal drinks are always great! Birthday cake pop..... My daughter loves them! *update* So we still get the birthday cake pops each time! New favorite drink is hazelnut latte with an extra shot of expresso! Again, all seasonal drinks great! There is one girl that should not be in the drive up window . I went through this morning once again with my dog that always gets a treat (bone or pup cup) from EVERYONE but her . This is probably the 5th time this has happened and I haven't said anything. So I decide to ASK for a pup cup, she looks at me like REALLY ? so she goes and gets one and I say THANK YOU .. Almost every time I go here my drink is either messed up or just doesn't taste good. Customer service is not professional, and the indoor seating is extremely limited.
