It's literally located in a tower just next to a bridge near downtown, which makes it a very convenient stop if you're heading that direction. The facility itself is very small and doesn't have much seating, but what's available is very cozy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and made great recommendations. I had the Carmel Latte and was impressed!
