This location is always very busy, but it's the only Starbucks in the area except for the small one located in the Hy-Vee. You typically have to wait for a good while. For example I waited 8 minutes for my tea. I didn't even order anything 'fancy!' Oh, and this morning they forgot to add the pump of raspberry syrup to my tea. Grr. Still tasted absolutely fine, but I like that little bit extra sweet. And it makes the drink such a cute pink color! (I know...white girl here.) Employees are super friendly. The guy in the drive-thru was really nice, and he had a unicorn pin on his apron I wanted to steal! I've never been inside but peeking in from the drive-thru the place looks nice and clean. And the smell...yum. read more

1 star because 0 just isn't an option. Asked for a vanilla bean frappuccino with NO ice and i just got MILK?? NO these baristas must be rotting in the brain. The RUDEST manager ever. Shanna? Shayley? even her name sounds stupid. She needs to be evaluated and i don't know, maybe even fired? Do better. the Starbucks over by the mall at least knows what they are doing, baristas are 1000% better and more knowledgeable. don't give them your buisness. read more

Near the area where my parents live there wasn't a ton of choice on coffee, and being the daily fiend I am, we probably stopped here at least 4 times during my visit both through the drive-thru and inside. The inside is very clean with tons of purchases that can be made from coffee beans, to healthy chips, and everything in between that you might find at a Starbuck's location. My no fuss mochas were made promptly, and weren't too hot. Not overly chocolate-y or syrup-y. There was plenty of seating, and a nice little community board. My only thing was that they had a line of coffee holders on display about waist level behind where you ordered or waited in line. I can just imagine someone with a backpack knocking them all over if they turned around. Relative to this area, I think this Starbuck's was a good choice for my mocha. read more

Fast. Coffee was good. Only thing i did not like was they were out of bold or any other regular coffee by 1:30pm. They were willing to do a pour over, which is fine, just wait a bit longer. read more

I would give less than one starbut I'm not able to. This location constantly has the longest line and the slowest service. They're constantly out of things and offered no solution or a different drink or menu item. This is the worst run Starbucks I've ever been to. read more

Did a mobile order and they didn't even attempt to follow it for our coffees. Nothing crazy was ordered. I do not understand why they can't make what's printed out for them on the stickers. read more

My friends and I walked in at 8:57 yes we realized that was close to closing time but as someone who has worked in retail and restaurants I figured seeing as there was about 6-8 people working I thought oh they'll help us three two being on the same order and instead they helped our friend abut left my boyfriend and I just standing there, decided not to tell him or I that they wouldn't help us instead told my friend they couldn't help us two. We had a weather simple order non the less, there was only one person doing anything while there were a couple saying "I can't wait to get outta this bitch" and the others were sitting in their phones staring at us or filling their own drinks(most had multiple) needless to say we were very disappointed and pissed. We for sure will never be coming back to this Starbucks ever again! read more

I agree with the post that says to skip this Starbucks and instead go to the location at HyVee. Or even better, go up the street to Pierce Street Coffee Works. This may be the slowest Starbucks in the world. I've ordered a tea on the app, drove the 10 minutes to Starbucks and still waited another 10 minutes for the tea. Their drive thru is also terribly slow, and I've ordered a tea being the only person in line and still waited 5 minutes at the window. As far as drinks go, if they get it right, it's usually on par for a Starbucks drink. But it's generally a comedy of errors with this place when it comes to making the drinks. In one visit, I've had them screw my drink up and then remake it, only to have it made incorrectly again. Lastly, they fail to note when they're out of something on the app. read more

Was at starbucks today and ordered a drink. Brought in my reusable starbucks cup and watched them make my drink in a disposable plastic cup to pour into my reusable cup. They then threw away the plastic cup. This defeats the whole purpose of a reusable cup and trying to be sustainable. Shame on this practice. read more

Israel is the BEST! Always super nice and has a great attitude. As for the coffee I've never been disappointed. This is my favorite Starbucks in Sioux City! I've never had to wait long for a drink, or got the wrong drink at that! Best service and best coffee.. read more

Slowest Starbucks in town. Waiting time is ridiculous! 45min wait. They need to expand or hire more staff.

My family and I sat there for 10-15 minutes and they closed at 4pm and were there by 3:47pm and by the time we got to the screen we were sitting there for 5 minutes and they did not even say the person ahead of us was the last person or anything. My drinks here are always poorly made and taste awful! I always regret going to this location.

My simple coffee order (soy latte no foam) always seems to be wrong for some reason. The baristas can be rude. Also have ordered a couple of cafe items from the drive thru several times, only to drive up to the window and find that they're "out" of the cheese Danishes. Seriously? It's like they don't even talk to each other back there. I have stopped coming here, and don't plan on returning. read more

As far as coffee goes I mean it's Starbucks most people know what it tastes like. However this store can't get an order correct to save it's life. Hours of operation are nice and the store is clean and provides a nice ambiance.
