I've been coming to this Starbucks for the past three years now and have seen a steady decline in the overall appearance of the store, the employees, and the drink quality. I come here frequently and have seen the management change, and associates come and go, I'm disappointed in the changes thus far. I have known associates that have worked at Starbucks before, including ones that worked at this location and I understand the crazy schedule and the environment that they work in, but when it looks like you just rolled out of bed, and put no effort into your appearance, I question the effort put towards every drink or request made by customers. Management needs to place a higher priority on the appearance of its team, and make sure they are maintaining company standards for their appearance. I work in retail, I know the new rules, and I know that it is off putting to walk into a store with unkept employees. This is constructive criticism. I love the brand, and this location, the people are so friendly, I just think more effort should be made to upkeep the overall look and experience that Starbucks has for its stores. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrific customer service from the barista down to the store manager. The worst I've ever seen Starbucks' employees, and I know they have a great customer service profile. My husband and I ordered two sandwiches and two cups of coffee. They said they couldn't take the cheese off of my husbands sandwich. Knowing the sandwiches are prepared ahead of time, but not hot, I simply asked if they could remove it before they heated it up. That was too much to ask, it seemed to blow her mind that every single Starbucks I've been to will take the cheese off no issues. They then put the sandwiches in the wrong bag, and made it seem as though it was our fault. Overall, save yourself the experience of awful baristas. I even called corporate and they apologized saying they've had issues with this location. read more

They seem to always be understaffed in the mornings. Drive through always gets services before walk ins and so if you are in a hurry stay in your car. Drinks are good, consistent with most Starbucks. Staff are hit or miss as far as friendliness. Bathrooms... avoid them, they are always dirty and out of either toilet paper or soap. I have been coming here a few times a week for a while now and that never seems to change. Too bad there is no other Starbucks closer to 29. read more

Unfortunately it wasn't what we were expecting and we are disappointed. We decided to stop to get some coffee for the rest of our 5 hour drive and ended up waiting over a half an hour for two drinks. Both of which tasted like they forgot the espresso... The staff wasnt very friendly, professional or efficient. The gal taking our order walked into the back as soon as we ordered and left the other three to make drinks for the 10 or so people waiting, plus keep up with the drive though. Also while we were there we witnessed what we assumed was an off the clock associate who walked behind the counter helping herself and those she was with. This location is on a route we travel several times per year to visit family and this will not be a stop we make again. read more

So coffee is usually ok. It's the bratty help that's the problem. Apparently asking the barista to add some steamed milk to your latte that is 3 inches from the top is offensive to their sensibilities! Oh and btw I paid nearly $6 for said grande latte, least they could do is ensure I get a filled cup for their exorbitant prices. Shame I have this similar experience at nearly every Starbucks I patronize (Hamilton Starbucks is a rare exception, super nice there!). read more

I try and avoid all Starbucks cause In the past 3-4 years. I was out shopping and wanted to have a latte and so I stopped by this location! First of all I was shocked that they have no Almond milk?? Really?? Then when I received my latte with coconut milk...it was orange in color and tasted awful... So bitter and just downright awful!!! What a waste of $4 something!! Good service and good coffee. The music was good too. Its not what I'd normally expect in a coffee shop but it lifted my mood a bit to hear it while waiting for my drink. When I got my drink it was amazing! I've had my fare share of carmel macchiato before but never as good as this! Keep up the good work! read more

Whatever the problems in the past, they appear to be gone now. I stopped in at 8:30 on a Monday morning and the place was busy, both inside and in a long line outside. There were 5 people working the inside and the window and everyone seemed busy and efficient. The person who waited on me was friendly and polite and then quickly got my order. I was glad to leave a tip and will add this place to my travels through here another time. read more

As I was finishing up my holiday shopping I decided to go this Starbucks and I am very disappointed in the service. I was going to get a gift card and wanted to do a separate transaction and I had told them at the drive thru so they knew. I pull up and they scanned my phone and I said I was doing two transactions and they said I never told them. They were not very attentive at all and were very rude. Unfortunately this Starbucks location has been on a steady decline since opening not too many years ago. While there are a few employees who seem friendly and act like they half way value your business, many employees have no smile and look like they just rolled out of bed. Every time I go inside (which is at least weekly) the restaurant itself is absolutely filthy- from the overflowing trash bins to the disgusting bathrooms that are often out of soap! I'm left to wonder how the employees are washing their hands without soap and then handling my cup. Many times there have been flies swarming everywhere, even inside the food case! Rarely can I find a table that's not covered in crumbs even when there are very few customers there. As for the drink quality- I'd say it's accurate 75% of the time. As for the mobile order- slow and even when it's ready, because they keep it BEHIND the counter, if they're busy or if there's a crowd of people, I'm still waiting because I can't get to it and doesn't that defeat the whole purpose?! read more
