25 minutes for a cup of coffee. Understaffed, over priced and ridiculously slow. The staff at this store is working non stop. They are terrific but your system of mobile orders penalizes people who walk into the store. if I walk in and there is nobody in line it should not be a 30 minute wait because 25 people mobile ordered in front of me. Everyone is super nice. The sandwiches are particularly delicious. I was out of work for nearly the entire month of January and had nearly $200 worth of Starbucks gift cards my dad sends me every birthday and Christmas. I didn't use them much, mostly because it wasn't convenient, but I was so grateful to be able to have delicious sandwiches when I didn't have much food. And now I work at the airport so it's much more convenient. I'm not a vegetarian but the egg/pesto/mozerella sandwich and the felafel wrap are both fantastic. I will start by saying I have been to this location multiple times. Usually, the crew is fantastic and friendly. However, this afternoon amidst a rush, there were 3 staff doing admin/cleaning tasks with a massive line at both register and bar. These tasks can and should be de-prioritized during rushes, not only for the customers, but also to support the baristas on POS and bar. The one on register was.... beyond challenging. Also... just bring back condiment bars. Covid is effectively over, employees don't like fielding requests for condiment bar items, and Starbucks' upper management can take the hit due to shrink out of their bonuses. read more

Took an hour for my drink to be made wrong and I sent it back politely asking for it to be fixed and it was given back to me wrong again. I've come to this Starbucks for years and their service was terrible this time. I won't be coming back. Waste of my free stars drink. read more

Ummm this is run by college girls, I ordered two drinks and had to repeat myself twice for the girl at the counter and she still got them wrong, then I asked them to remake them right and the baristas glared at me the entire time I waited for them to remake my drinks. I don't understand why I'm the bad guy for wanting the right drinks I paid for??? Then when one girl handed me my drink, I asked for validation that it was made without vanilla and she said "yes it says so on the sticker" and rolled her eyes. Wow couldn't believe it. Came in with my service dog and they gave me such a big issue. My dog is calm and hipo allergenic. They treated me and my dog like a disease. This place is not friendly with people with disability or dogs. Never again will I purchase coffee here. The first Starbucks ever that has done this to me a long time Starbucks customer. What a bad experience. I hope that the Starbucks corporation does something about this. The customer service was horrendous and they kept looking at us and laughing as if something was funny. In a town with only 3 (4 if you count the one in Barnes and Nobles) Starbucks around this is solidly the #2 one. It's a Starbucks so you know what you'll get. Okay coffee, okay price. Get the Starbucks app on your smartphone and you can pay with that, and work your way up to get rewards. The space is larger than the one in South Burlington, but it's not as cozy. It also seems louder. Definitely not as bad as the one in the mall though. The people working there when I go seem to be pretty cheerful and happy and will chat with you for a few minutes if you're in the mood. It's also been solidly consistent every time I've gone. There are other places that you could go that you would be much worse off at. read more

Not a big fan of chain coffee stores, but I was pleasantly surprised when I went to this Starbucks. 2 words: Excellent Service. I went in to purchase coffee beans and Paul, the older gentleman, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, going so far as to let me sample the different roasts. He was equally as friendly and jovial with the customer behind me (who admittedly seemed to be a regular). For my first and only trip to Starbucks in VT, was satisfied. read more

Baristas just talk over you when they are engaged in conversations with other employees and customers even though you're at turn to place order. They can't even be bothered to look at me in the eyes when I wish them a good day and say thank you. After weeks of getting this treatment daily - I noticed a change in staff beforehand - I can safely say this Starbucks lost a customer. Staff here need a serious attitude adjustment. Don't take out your hatred for your job on customers by being bitter and downright rude. Service Used to be a lot better. I can only guess a lazy manager was put In place since they were too busy to hear me tell them this in person. read more

I am a rarity in Vermont, I love Starbucks. However, at this location I have had some really bad coffee drinks. The milk is usually scalded and half the time the drink is flat out wrong. I've had one good cup recently, only because I had them remake it three times. I will only go back when I have the time to wait for endless remakes. This is officially my new favorite study spot. It's a summer weekend and there weren't a lot of people. I was one of the only ones doing work there. The place is nicely air conditioned on the inside with nice tables (some with umbrellas) outside! The music isn't too loud or crazy and very conducive to studying. I haven't tried anything on the menu, but I like that there is plenty of space, free wifi, and very friendly waitstaff. Even though I didn't order anything, they still treated me very well. They were very friendly and had great conversations with other customers. I'm definitely coming back to do work. This place is much quieter and nicer than the Barnes and Nobles cafe. Plus there is unlimited caffeine and delicious looking desserts whenever you need them :). read more

Chain aside, I get treated as if this is an independently run coffee shop. The staff always has a smile--even during crunch time--And while I only go there 2-3 times a week, I always appreciate them knowing my name, or at least recognizing me and my usual order. The staff here are true hustlers! The line can get long with drivers and locals steadily shuffling in but they maintain their cool and take orders quickly. It's spacious with plenty of tables and outlets if you're looking to get some work done -- and outside seating for those that love terraces! read more

Starbucks is the kind of coffee chain that I appreciate for its continuity of service and product quality. When I walk into any of them I know what to expect. I think they have this figured out pretty well. So I won't at all knock this Starbucks on quality, they do very well with what they sell. The service is very attentive here as well, although I do feel a bit rushed when I come in here, it might be due to the small size of the place as it can get crammed when busy and you really have no time to stare at the menu to decide. But the speed is welcome from the standpoint of getting my coffee quickly and smoothly. I also like that the entire staff stays busy here. I noticed them working on cleaning tables as soon as the line at the counter slows down some. My biggest complaint is how small this Starbucks is, the seating area is very tiny and cramped. Also the parking is shared with a Moes and it can get crazy here around lunchtime or in the evening. It's nice they have outdoor seating but that's only good during summer months. read more

I have been to the Starbucks in Conway and it is like every Starbucks in the United States. When you order something it is made the same way every single time. I live an hour away from Starbucks and I miss the drinks and the ability to spend more money than any other coffee shop. Going to Dunkin Donut is not a substitute for Starbucks although some people have just given up when you have no other choice. I will always love Starbucks. read more

I've been going here for the past year and it never fails to disappoint. I give them chance after chance, but they just can't seem to get it right. All I ask for is a simple ice coffee with cream and sugar. However, I get every other variation (caramel, milk, no cream or milk at all, and the list goes on). I do have to say that more often than not it is when the Barista with short hair, glasses, and tattoos on his arm is working. I now have to change my coffee spot because I just can't stand paying for things that are wrong and always having to change it until they get it right.
