When I got to the window before she scanned my reward code I had asked to pay with my reward points and after she scanned my points I asked "Oh did it go though?" because she was just looking at me to which she said "Ugh no I only scanned your points" I replied back asking politely to use my points to pay they handed me my drink without saying another word to me. I left to go to work and took a sip while I was driving I noticed both drink had barely any ice in them and that they were not made correctly, I have had this drink multiple times and what they gave me is disgusting to say the least.
