I ordered through Uber Eats, and was supposed to receive a cheese Danish. I got a wrapper for it, but no cheese Danish. Starbucks is getting as lazy/careless as Whataburger and Wendy's. read more

I stopped into this Starbucks in between traveling. Usually, Starbucks is on point and fairly quick? This place? The opposite. I went in and ordered a peppermint mocha. Only a few customers were in the store and some in drive through. Giving them time to handle everyone, I waited 20 minutes for my drink. By this time, everyone that had come in around the same time as me was gone. Heck, even people that ordered the same type of drink. So, I went and asked for an ETA on the simple order and let them know I've waited 20 minutes and everyone that came in before me and some that came in after me had already left. The woman behind the counter let me know she would need 10-15 more minutes and she could try to speed up my order. Being patient, I waited. Twenty minutes passed and nothing. Of course, I go out to the counter and explain it's now been 40 minutes and I have to head out. No customer service, no inquiry, no care and no apologies. The lady just seemed to not care and began processing my refund. When I asked her why everyone before AND after me had already gotten their drinks she just shrugged and was like, "you know, right now we're busy and only have one machine." To be honest, I understand holiday rush and being understaffed (they had 3-4 people working) but the lack of customer service in this location and them being annoyed at being bothered to answer questions from customers I can't understand at all. I've never had a bad experience at Starbucks but this location left me with such an gross experience at their disregard and care for someone trying to be patient and understanding during the holiday rush. read more

Usually, I am pretty satisfied and pleased with coffee and service at Starbucks. At this particular Starbucks, all the employees were talking to each other, and customers were waiting to be served. I waited 20 minutes for a drink, and there was only one person ahead of me. They were making drinks for pick up very fast, 10 while I waited for mine. I asked when they were going to make my drink and she said oh it's right here handed it to me and it was cold. I told her it was cold and she said she had just made it. I open the top and they put whip cream on it, which I had asked for none and it had melted so I know it had been sitting there. Oh well, I know which Starbucks to not go to now. read more

I'm a loyal Starbucks customer, I spend at least $25 a week. I stopped at this location on the home from a road trip. We enjoyed the beautiful weather on the patio. The bathroom was by far the cleanest Starbucks I've seen. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely friendly and helpful. I continued my road trip home and accidentally left my brand new leather bag, I had just purchased, on the patio. When I get home, an hour and half later, I realize I left it at Starbucks. I call the store. Abby answers and says she has the bag, she would be happy to mail it to me. She text me to keep me informed of the status. My bag arrived a day later unscathed. I have never in my life experience such amazing customer service! Abby is a true asset to the Starbucks family. I'm grateful for her and to Starbucks for hiring such a wonderful barista. read more

The entire staff here is a delight, which really keeps their location as my primary Starbucks. I have been to other locations in the area and they pale in comparison to this site's extraordinary customer service and quality care when preparing each order. I have always received accurate orders and attentive service. They handle each request with professionalism and grace, while maintaining their pleasant demeanor which really makes one feel welcome in their establishment. Starbucks at 4307 N General Drive, Temple TX. Stopped at this location yesterday on way back from dropping off granddaughter at UMHB. Needed to get a cup of coffee for my husband & myself and we went in around 3:40. It was very & got my husband seated. He is handicap. Ordered 2 cups of regular coffee and a blueberry muffin. The coffee was so bitter that we ended up throwing it away. I decided to contact customer service online & explained that I should have gone up to counter but it was crazy busy. I was told online that without my receipt or Starbucks card they couldn't do anything. It was such a waste of my time & I will not be going back to Starbucks. Not trying to rip them off but it was all about the receipt. You can bet from now on wherever. I do business I will hang onto the slip. read more

We stopped in while traveling back to Dallas. We went inside to use the restrooms and order. The restrooms were very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful when ordering. They made the best peppermint mocha Frappuccino I have ever had. As we waited for our orders, we sat in their brown chairs they have in the middle of the floor. Those chairs are the most comfortable I have ever sat in while in a Starbucks. They need theses chairs at every one of them. We were only there for a few minutes but had a good experience while there. read more

Love you, Starbucks...just don't love THIS Starbucks. Stopped in while road tripping at about 11:00 on a Saturday morning. 7 employees behind the counter, no one in line in front of me, two cars in the drive thru. Stood for a solid 2 minutes at the counter before anyone asked for my order. Ordered the simplest: Christmas Blend with room. There were no carafes of milk or half-and-half out. Had to return to the counter and wait to ask for half-and-half. A woman behind the counter just poured some in a cup for me, which was helpful, except that the coffee was brewed so overly strong that I had to return to the counter twice to ask for more as they still hadn't put the carafes out. The coffee was so unusually strong that I couldn't even drink it when I got back on the road. Total bummer. Maybe they're just too new and haven't gotten all the kinks worked out yet? Hope they get their stuff together. read more

I love starbucks,, but not this location. 3 different times I've gone there and they've made my drink wrong and they tell me I'm wrong with how the drink is made. I can't handle the headache with this location and it sucks cause it's down the street from me... Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else read more
