Not the best Starbucks location at all. This was my first visit to this location (6/24/26) as I hopped off a random exit while on my way home from Atlantic City for breakfast and to get gas. I walked in and there was no employee at the register and no customers in line in front of me. It took longer than I would have expected for someone to even acknowledge me. It crossed my mind to walk out at one point. While I am aware the employees were all actively doing something, at least 3 walked past and I am confident they all saw me before even saying a word. Even after they said they will be with me shortly, it still took a bit. I ordered an egg white turkey bacon sandwich and a chocolate croissant not warmed up. Not sure why most Starbucks can't get that right because there is a button for "not warmed". But they gave me a warmed one and I had to give it back and exchange it. No matter my Starbucks location, it seems to be wrong two out of every three times. The breakfast sandwich was fine as usual. read more

Came here when it was super busy. The baristas were very messy, which I get when it's busy, but there was no customer service from anyone. It felt very cold and that you couldn't ask questions. Drink is fine though. read more

I've been going here almost everyday since i work nearby and have never had any issues, but today i got my normal drink and asked for an extra pump of flavor since it usually is very light (comes out perfect when i ask for extra) but this time it was very dark. i asked for it to be remade (i hate doing this, but i knew it would taste bad) and the kid at the window was really nice (always is) but after he took my drink back another barista opened the drive thru window and basically shoved it back at me and said "there's 8 pumps in here" meaning it was 'what i asked for'. the only thing i said about it was that it was too dark. then he slammed the window back shut. i've just never been treated like that, i know how it is to work in customer service (done it for years) so i was very take aback. i don't think this starbucks will get my service anymore, i was honestly very upset about the interaction read more

The Managers here are so Awesome! As soon as they here my hubby's voice ordering our coffees, they recognize us & automatically say, "We got you, see you at the window!" They are super friendly and always get my "Hot Venti Skinny Sugar Free Carmel Macchiato with 9 Pumps of the SF Vanilla Syrup, Extra Carmel Drizzle in the cup, just a single shot of espresso, 3 Splenda, made heavy & a large straw" absolutely delicious!! read more

I go to Starbucks daily and this is the worst one regarding customer service, timeliness of completion, and drink taste. The Barista Billy seemed clueless of his job responsibilities and how to appropriately interact with customers. This has to be the worst Starbucks EVER and my family and are Starbucks people. The line at the drive thru is always soooo long. They can't even make the simplest of drinks, a Grande Pike with 3 raw sugars and almond milk. What we get is a tall the one day. We tell them that is not a Grande and they argue with us. We just left because the line was so long we couldn't keep others waiting. Another day the coffee comes to us black. It's a simple drink!!!!! We even mobile ordered one day and STILL waited. They seem under staffed and right now staffing seems to be very important because our other local Starbucks are closed due to Covid. Once they are open I am done with this Starbucks! Newer location with a drive through. Polite and fast service. Small lot which might be more difficult to negotiate during busy hours. Don't go to the back of the lot to exit elsewhere. Crazy maze of cartways! read more

I used to work at this location several years ago and we would be on top of things, but after returning to this location around 5pm on a Saturday night, I'm honestly very disappointed. The kid at the drive thru seemed clueless and consistently asking his coworkers questions because he couldn't do it himself. They had 5 partners in the store yet only one person making drinks, and it took her forever to make them. When it came time for my caramel frappuccino, she forgot to put the caramel drizzle on top (I had to ask her to do it) and then upon tasting it, realized she hadn't put any caramel pumps in there---so it was a coffee frappuccino. It hasn't been the first time this happened, and trust me, it's really not that hard to get it right. They ended up re-making the drink and even then it still didn't taste like it normally should. If you go to this location, go inside to order and make sure you watch the process to ensure it's done right. read more

This is my favorite SB in town. It's roomier and cozier than the others. And IMHO, much friendlier too! When I want quiet time to work or zone out, it's just what I need. But when I stop in for a pick me up and I'm open to chatting there's always an SB regular hanging out. The drive-thru is easy. Definitely not as crazy as the greentree/egg-harbor location. Food and drinks are the same as any other target yet I remain a little disturbed by the consist lack of friendliness among some of the people who work at this location. You can't first make my drink wrong, then slide an open drink with no lid to a customer and then get an attitude when the customer asks for a lid. I'll stick with the nearby target location from now on. Just disappointing. Not the first time the atmosphere here has been unfriendly. They've also got to turn the music DOWN. It is already difficult to hear when people are speaking through masks and across a barrier. Imagine what this is like for people with partial hearing impairments .... read more

Okay this is by far my favorite location. The management is wonderful, the staff amazing, and they even make great drinks!!! I love everything about them and they are always there with a smile. Drive-thru takes a little long but I don't mind since I'm just too lazy to walk my butt in there sometimes I have messed up ordering on the app I don't know how many times and they just wave at me and say no worries we got you. The people here are always amazing, polite, and amazing. I have never had a problem with them unlike other Starbucks where it's an issue just to order a drink. The manager is super nice and ready to help. The baristas are on point with everything they do including friendly service and attentive actions. I trust them to do it right every time. This should be the most popular location in town, if it isn't all ready. read more

Great place and location. Very convenient to take a break from driving, sit back relax and have snack. Unlike most Starbucks this one is very easy to get in and out of it while driving. The only possible drawbacks is there hours. I would like to see them stay open later. read more

As I just drove In past the building to the drive through, the employees watched me, with their headsets still on mind you. When I got to the drive through, the ignorant employee told me that they were closed. And that was it. Everywhere I looked online told me that specific store was open until 22:00 (10pm).
