When entering, I came during a slow period before the rush came shortly thereafter around 9:30am. Not only were staff friendly with me during the slow time, knowledgeable to point me in the direction for coffee, and efficient making the coffee; they were equally the same energy when it became busy. I had both the cold brew (black) and the pictured: Fruit Loop Latte - both were good in their own right and can't go wrong. I'd definitely recommend Little Goat Coffee to all would be travelers and locals alike. Locals pointed me here, so I'll continue to spread the good word and point others here too.

When I first walked in it was not what I expected, I was expecting a market with coffee in bulk containers and that did the coffee roasting for show. This place is an actual business that roast coffee and sells it to the local shops. So they only had bags of beans on display. The benefit to this is you get high quality beans with numerous verities to choose from. The lady that helped us was super friendly and knowledgeable, I got the feeling that she could talk about coffee all day and she gave some great recommendations. The smell of this place is amazing, it is truly a coffee lovers delight in there. The price for the beans was also very good for the quality that you are getting. If you buy 2 or more bags it's $11 dollars a bag. Overall this is my new go to place for when I am looking for gourmet coffee beans.

They sell over 10 types of beans from light to dark roasts, but I'm consistently impressed by their wide range (more than a few) of lightly roasted beans from across the world that emphasize a fruity taste that is amazing if you haven't tried it and addictive once you have. I tried the banana flavored cold brew which was pretty decent. I enjoyed the flavor however I was not a fan of the almond milk they used. I also felt the cold brew could have been a little stronger.
