Dining room was clean, restroom clean with proper supplies. Counter service was immediate and efficient. My order a coffee and sandwich, I forget which one. They heated it up for a in store experience which I asked them to do. My black coffee was yum! Definitely don't sleep on this store. 4.5 and would return. read more

This Starbucks is consistent regardless of the time of day or whether or not I go in to order, go to the drive thru or order ahead. They have a really solid staff who seems to always be upbeat, the shop is always clean and their speed of order placed to having your order in hand is pretty good as well. This Starbucks consistently has very good service which is why I frequent it. I often go through the drive through & my experience was the same as it usually is: friendly knowledgeable cashier, drinks & food made exactly how I ordered it, and efficient service. Also, my potato cheddar & chive bake was served hot and with a napkin and fork in the bag which is appreciated. I did pop in to use the bathroom today and despite being pretty busy inside the bathroom was clean & in very good shape. Highly recommend the Burlington NJ Starbucks location! read more

We saw a new drink called a Cortada being advertised so wanted to try it. In the drive thru the worker asked if I wanted it normal or with brown sugar. I wasn't sure what she meant and thought the brown sugar version came with oat milk- which I didn't want. I asked what she meant. She laughed like I was dumb and should have known and repeated the same information again. I would call the the curse of knowledge. Because the workers work in this everyday, the differences between drinks seems so simple and people who don't understand can seem stupid. However, I would love for management to remind the workers there of 2 things. 1. These drinks aren't common knowledge. I didn't know you could get 'brown sugar' Cortada with regular milk. I hardly even know what a Cortada even is or how you flavor a brown sugar drink (is it a flavor and/or topping)? 2. We are paying $5 for these drinks. That's a lot of money. I'm aware of how much I'm paying and consider this a treat. I would like the workers to be aware that we're paying a lot for a premium drink and a premium experience- not to be made to feel silly for not knowing all the details of a recently released drink. read more

I went on Friday and I most say totally disappointed I don't know why there are so many people hooked up Starbucks I ordered the bacon egg and gouda cheese sandwich which I order 2 of and I ordered this pineapple cake and a caramel Frappuccino . The breakfast sandwich didn't have any taste I had to force myself to eat the whole thing I paid almost 25$ so I had to at least eat 1 of the 2 sandwiches I brought the drink was nasty I took several taste hoping the taste would change but it didn't I pretty much wasted 25$ the pineapple cake had a little taste to it nothing to right home about . I find it ridiculous, appalling, offensive, and quite rude for the fact that I had to wait a few minutes before the general manager, Noelle, or Noella (sp), decided that she would -finally- say that she would be right there with me. I also find it hard to believe that heating of the pastries was so important when there were only two people in line and I was number two. She could've said that she she will be with me upon immediately finishing the transaction in front of me, but she didn't , and I'm sure she saw the expression on my face, which is when she eventually decided to say that she'll be with me. After having small talk with an employee making a beverage and wrapping her shift. But I couldn't at least place my order? I was actually really excited about redeeming my rewards today but I am absolutely not redeeming any points at a location that does not value me as a customer. You don't even have the best brand perspective right now so the fact that general managers are still acting dismissive of patrons and stores is not OK. Noelle/Noella wasn't even apologetic about the fact that I was clearly bothered because she came to the defensive and said "well, I said I would be right there." No, you know you were wrong, you know exactly why I'm upset, so you shouldn't have done it in the first place Noella. All it takes is acknowledging me and speaking. I'll redeem my points elsewhere. -- This is also a shame bc the daytime crew is usually pretty good. Every time I have come to the Starbucks, they had messed up my drink or they have either just have really bad customer service. On drive thru, all of the employees seem to not care. Holly Road), is one of their smaller designs, yet with ample comfortable seating for those who prefer to sip in or work, and a tight bar area with two cashiers and snack offerings. The staff is skilled and friendly, and keep the joint humming and clean. I stopped in after court in Mt. Holly, in need of a caffeine jolt to keep me sharp through the rest of a dreary Thursday. My grande low fat latte did the trick as I watched the laptops burying their noses in daily labor. Wish I liked nitro cold brew, because that was very popular with the peeps there. There must be something to it, but I just don't like the bitterness. Regardless, in the land of Dunkin it is nice to have an upgrade available. read more

I was greeted with a warm welcome. It has been at least 10 years since I last visited a Starbucks. Excellent customer service, friendly, and super helpful with helping me to signup for the rewards and selecting a beverage. I see why people come here for these delightful designer beverages hot and cold. The strawberry Açaí with lemonade venti is so delicious. It was sweet but not too sweet. There were slices of strawberry that were suspended between ice cubes. So cute! I will be back. read more

So I bragged to my hubby about the caramel brûlée latte and finally convinced him to try it. I have had these at different locations from NJ to NY without any issues. So we tried this one this morning and brought them home to enjoy with breakfast. To my dismay they did not add any caramel syrup nor the brulee topping. What a disappointment as I had my heart all set on that delicious cup. I gave them 3 stars because the young lady at the drive through window was very sweet, so service they had down packed, but consistency in making the order, not so good. So disappointed as this is the closest location to me. Will I have to travel further to make sure my order is made as it is supposed to be? In their defense, they did offer to remake them but I would have to make the drive again and was not really feeling like doing that on my day off as I already have a full schedule. read more

This is the worst Starbucks, neigh, the worst coffee place I have ever been to. Every few months I give them the benefit of the doubt to not screw my drink up, and every time I am left bewildered and disappointed. Today was the last straw. I ordered a tall coffee with cream. How could they possibly mess that up! Well they did. I got a grande with zero cream, and when i gave it back to get cream they gave me such attitude I should've just gotten out of my car and gotten the cream myself. Seems like a small drink mistake, but couple that with the other FOUR failed drinks and really, I am left with no other recourse than to complain on the internet and never go back there again. Ok so I am a diehard Starbucks fan. I was way excited when they opened this one because it's super close to me and now i don't have to go inside target to get one of my fav morning pleasures. That said, I am really sad to say this Starbucks has consistently fallen a short of the excellence Starbucks is known for. There are usually extra long wait times (regardless what time you come in), the last 4 of 5 times I've come here they got my order wrong or just given me someone else's order accidentally. I've ordered via the app, walk in and drive thru but it doesn't matter - they are consistently inaccurate. Literally every time I've come inside, they were out of raw sugar at the bar, so I have to go to the counter and ask for it. I hope they turn it around because the way it's going now, I prob won't keep coming back much longer. I am not one to complain and I don't put in difficult orders - but there comes a point when even the most faithful customer will get tired and walk away. I'm almost to this point and it sucks. Used the drive thru window on a Saturday at 1 P.M. and ordered a blonde coffee. Was told they were out of it and would not blend it until the next day. It's a coffee place. If you are out, make some more. This has happened on three separate occasions and early in the day in this same location. It seems to me they just don't want to do their job of making coffee.
