Make sure you specify that you don't want a mocha hot chocolate you want a white chocolate hot chocolate. I am severely allergic to coffee beans if I consume them I puff up like a marshmallow, every time I order a white chocolate hot chocolate I have to use my EpiPen, quite ridiculous to get coffee in a drink that obviously doesn't have coffee in the name. Moral of the story I'm done going to Starbucks, I specifically asked for no coffee or anything pertaining to coffee, but everytime I order one I have to just throw it out the window on my way to work. I would give this location a 3+ trending upward. I have a particular cappachino which does a good job of testing out how good or knowledgeable the barrist is. The good thing about this place is they try to make sure they have executed the drink correctly and if not they volunteerily will make it right. That in itself is a big plus that they want to do better. The other nice thing about this location is they do their best to ensure full staffing for the long que of drive up and able to handle the walk-ins. Many times there will be at least 5 people working behind the counter and everyone busy handling the all the customers needs. read more

Early Sunday morning and I'm heading south out of Fargo on I-29 for Omaha when I come upon a billboard promising a Starbucks at the next exit. It seems improbably there would be a high-end coffee joint within a 100 miles since I'm driving in the middle of one of the least populated states in the country. Regardless, I'm intrigued and since I didn't stop for breakfast before blasting out of Fargo, decide this will be the first of several scenic pit stops I make on my long drive down the spine of middle America. As promised, there is a Starbucks a half mile off the exit. I pull in the desolate lot and am the only customer on this hot sunny summer Sunday. It's eerily quiet as I walk in already tasting the first of what I hope will several good cups of coffee that day. To my surprise I'm met with unbounded enthusiasm by a couple of the friendliest Starbucks employees I've ever encountered - they're positively excited I've stopped in and want to know where I'm from, where I'm headed, what I do, what brought me there - anything and everything. Nice. I oblige them though they're disappointed my taste is only for a vente brewed cup and not one of their fancier drinks. The store itself looks like every Starbucks you've ever been in - basic design and decor. But the folks there make the stop an experience - one to be remembered. This is one of a half dozen or so Starbucks in the state - aren't the folks in Watertown lucky to have such a nice place to stop and chill! read more

I never thought I'd see the day when I would write a review on a Starbuck's - they're all the same, right? Still, here I am. It'd been 7 years since my last visit to South Dakota to visit family and back then Starbucks in these parts just didn't exist. Boy, am I glad it does now! The drinks my husband and I had here - an iced caramel macchiato for me and iced coffee with toffee nut for him - were, hands down, the most delicious, well-mixed, tasty Starbucks drinks we've ever had EVER. That says something coming from 2 people who have been to hundreds of Starbucks across the country and had thousands of their drinks. On top of the wonderful drinks, the staff was friendly, the location is clean, and I felt welcome. It's not that I don't often say those things about a Starbucks, it's that I have NEVER said that about Starbucks. Well done! read more

Incredibly unhappy with the service today. I was one car behind the one that was ordering. Took 20+ minutes to get my drink in my hand. I was also late to work as I had already paid and was still waiting for my drink. Tried to get the attention of a worker as I just wanted my money back at this point, but they were no where to be found. Do not recommend here with the terrible service and unexpected hours. Just stood and waited for our order, which two thirds of it was out and done as usual. The last part, the easiest, a large coffee with cream and sweetener, was totally dismissed and forgotten. Then when they finally got the drink, it wasn't even what was ordered. Very disappointed that a simple coffee got screwed up. read more

I love this Starbucks. It is a perfect place to study or grab a coffee with a friend. It is such a friendly environment. It is also right on the edge of town. This is perfect for getting a coffee from the drive through on the way out of town. read more

I'm in town traveling from work. Needless to say you can count on there being a Starbucks in almost every town in America. So I look forward to having my cup of joe every morning along with a bite. I've gone to this particular Starbucks at least 5-7 times since I got in town last week. EVERYTIME I order it's like the person answering in the drive through all of a sudden gets hit with amnesia. I've been asked to repeat my order every single time! It's not to confirm my order either. Usually they start off by saying , " I'm sorry can you repeat your drink one more time." This is after I've given them my beverage order followed by my food order. Then a couple of times they have gone to check if they had a particular item in stock only to come back and ask me what the item was again. The quality of the beverages and food is on point but the service can definitely benefit from some improvements. read more

Wow! Worst Starbucks EVER! My family waited for 15 minutes for 4 drinks. 10 people who ordered after us got all their drinks and left and the employees never asked us once what we were waiting for. My husband finally interrupted them and told them we were still waiting. Turned out they made one of our drinks wrong and apparently lost one of our other orders. In Watertown for a tournament and will never go back there again next time we're in town. read more
