It's essentially a section of concrete next to the parking lot, with traffic on Capitol Drive just beyond it. Inside, however, the space is roomy, quiet, and well designed. On this visit, it was a hot day, so I ordered one of their Sparkling Tea drinks. It was delicious, with a nice balance of black tea and peach flavor. It also had just the right amount of ice to stay cold for the entire 30 minutes it took me to finish it. The staff who took care of us were friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stop again.

This mall does have some comfy seating not too far from the coffee shop and pretty good WiFi but none of the seats are set up in a way you would be able to get any work done with or without the coffee. One negative is that although they take credit and debit cards, you can't put the tip on the card, and they are chronically short on cash.
