I came back after not going for a while only to see the vibe has completely shifted to some hyper-commercial coffee shop. There is no reason why a coffee and a matcha should cost $19 in the RGV. I don't even pay that in Austin. The employees are still great, nice, kind people. The place has just lost its integrity and charm. Overly expensive and pretty mid now. I left once they made me move my car for a market. Just block it off next time. I also hate the ugly posters in the front window.
