the workers are very rude. i came 8-12-26 at 5pm for a drink. i paid and the cashier was very rude. There was only 2 workers so i waited for my drink on the other end and the other barista made my drink wrong. i asked if i can keep it because it was made wrong but i paid for it. he rolls his eyes and says no i cannot keep it. then remakes my drink touches all over his face with attitude and gives me a half empty remade drink. Both of the workers were very rude in the small interaction i had with both of them. Will not be coming back! 0/10 don't recommend this starbucks. Horrible environment read more

Multiple times from this Starbucks I have ordered light ice on a seven dollar drink. And they do not give me light ice. I am paying 7 dollars for ice and there is no care or effort from the team. I'm so annoyed that this is a continuous problem after asking and bringing it up. Waste of money and no accountability. read more

Bre has the most up date and in depth review on this new Starbucks. Was across the street closer to the Safeway but a new one was constructed about ten months ago. Yelp moved the location so all photos and reviews previous are still on this page. Nearby to a brand new Seven eleven so get some gas while you're getting your Starbucks biscotti. Parking lot fits about twenty cars easily. Drive thru seems oddly located but always has three to five cars patiently waiting to order and pickup. Huge outdoor seating area which is nice. Inside a number of lower and high top tables plus a cafe bar you can sit at. Wish this location had more charging outlets along the walls. The cafe bar has more than enough but I did notice people for power as some patrons left seats open. Cold brew on draft here! Big open store well thought out by corporate for studying or hanging out with friends. Friendly staff they are accurate on orders and customer service driven. read more

I waited and waited for my drinks to be ready as I saw people that came in after me walk out the door with their drink in their hand until Elaizha finally acknowledged me and asked if I was waiting on drinks. Apparently their ticket machine didn't work when they place my order but that was a bad experience and waste of time. Staff was friendly overall, especially Elaizha. Service was an absolute nightmare. I had two mobile orders for pickup inside and when I got there, their inside was closed. The line was about 12 cars long and I asked the drive through window why the pick up inside option wasn't disabled because I couldn't wait in the line. And only then did they realize TO DO THE OBVIOUS! there was plenty of workers there I believe they were just being lazy to not open the inside. This Starbucks was actually incredibly accommodating to my needs. Lots of wonderful baristas and they handed out some nice samples along the way. They were willing to replace some of my messed up orders from other locations at no extra cost. I don't like that they don't carry a drive thru window, but I love the way this Starbucks carries itself. read more

This is a REAL business that understands the value of customer relationship-building. Starting from the Store Manager Gavin, and his crew (I cannot name them all off the top of my head), but Amy, Glenn, Mona, and the rest of the crew ALWAYS....ALWAYS greet me by my first name, and they ALWAYS get my order correct the first time. In this day and age of corporatism, this particular Starbucks site shares and demonstrates "old-school" values, such as "the customer first", ensuring that they smile and greet warmly, and even going so far as to ask about how my weekend was with my two sons! I stopped in on my way to see a friend with my dogs in the car. I was getting two mistos, and the barista said that they needed to brew some fresh pike place. I said it would be fine to just use the dark roast because I had my pups in the car and didn't want to take the couple extra minutes, just because I don't like to leave my dogs in the car, even when it's cool out and I can see them. The cashier felt bad so she took care of one of my drinks, apologizing for not having the Pike brewed! It was such a nice thing, and totally unnecessary!! The team was fast and friendly and just really started off my Saturday right! So here I am in a great Starbucks, and I can only give it two stars. The coffee is good. The service is friendly and great. The breakfast sandwich is really good. Then why only two stars? There is no comfortable place to sit. The comfortable, cushioned chairs are on a very nice patio area--twenty feet from very busy, very loud Sheridan Street! (Did I mention the polluted air from car exhaust?). While the drive-through is on the very quiet backside of the building. So, I'm inside sitting on a metal chair with a hard wooden seat. (Is this intended to discourage patrons from "loitering "?) Who ruined a perfectly good Starbucks by positioning the building the opposite of what it should be and furnishing the inside area with the most uninviting furniture? read more

I suspect this location is a training store since the turnover is high and the service is hit or miss. Sometimes you get someone great who can handle multiple customers with grace, but then you never see them again. The mediocre employees just seem to stick around for a long time though--probably until they either get in the groove or leave the job. It's frustrating to have to regularly explain what I mean by "a large coffee with soy". Adding creamer to coffee shouldn't be difficult, but it's stumped more than a couple of employees. Other than that, this location is perfectly fine. They've got all the standard drinks, food items, and branded gear you see at every other location. There are a few chairs and tables if you want to hang out and chat or read. I don't know if they offer wi-fi or not--I don't think I've ever seen anyone there on a laptop. read more

I just left this Starbucks without a drink. I pulled up to the drive they at 8:17pm, by 8:18pm I was at the speaker. I asked them to make me a strawberry Frappuccino and I was told that unfortunately the blenders were already washed but they could make me something else. What's the whole point of being open if you can't serve drinks? It's like a sub shop saying, I can't cut your sub because we already wash the knives. Aren't you require to wash the blender each time you make a drink? Maybe it's time for the health department to come do an inspection! Worse experience ever! read more

I've been going to this store for about six months now, yet every single time they do not put extra caramel in my drink.. they charge me for it but I never get it. Great coffee, annoying staff. So this Starbucks is near my house but I usually prefer to stop at the one by my office because the staff here is odd and can be annoying, especially before I've had my coffee. One woman likes to sing loudly to the music in an annoying half-singing and half-joking type voice. Another seems almost bi-polar in the treatment of the customers. Some days she's so nice it's shocking, others she can't stop glaring at me. I get we all have our days but she can't even hide her displeasure at having to be at work. The majority of the time though you'll just find them all chit chatting about random topics and barely noticing they the customers other than having to brew up a latte. The interior is also not as inviting as other Starbucks locations. It has lots of large windows that would normally seem great to lounge in front of but it's usually pretty cold next to any of them. Not really a Starbucks I like to hang out at but as far as grabbing some coffee to go this place is good. They are very consistent with their drinks and are always very quick even when there's a line. read more

I am a Starbucks gold member and I drive around a lot so I refill my ice coffee throughout the day at different locations because I get free iced coffee and free iced tea refills all day with the gold member card and I came here to get a refill and they would not let me get a refill here I am never had a problem with that before being through a drive-through or not I give the Starbucks a one star review they were not helpful at all and they were telling me the wrong rules read more

Horrible service at this location. They never have my blond roast blend in the afternoon so I am forced to get the darker roast. Then when I have to use a ton of half and half they refuse to stream the coffee back to a normal temperature. The location could also stand for a cleaning. read more
