I was looking to try a new coffee shop and I'm so glad I stumbled across Coffeegraph! It's a beautiful new spot with an Indonesian flair. I tried the Indonesian honey-roast pour-over, which was exceptional. My husband enjoyed his oat-milk flat white, and my son loved his oat-milk hot chocolate and strawberry cronut. The service was fast and friendly, and the place was buzzing. The prices are a bit steep, though, and I'd also love to see some vegan and gluten-free bakery options in the future. Overall, this is an excellent coffee shop, and we'll definitely be back to try some other drinks.

Have to says that the service here is through the roof. The young lady helped me choose my coffee. I have to say , it had very earthy flavors and love the berry pastry , was sweet enough and not over powering .... Love the location .... The vibe is very soothing , calm, and quiet in case you need to work or study

Great coffee shop to catch up with friends or on your work! Lots of seating for groups of various sizes. The staff was super friendly, and they were great at handling the crowds during the Sunday rush Aren Fire Spice -- A modern spin on Indonesian Bandrek, with double espresso infused with coconut palm sugar and five aromatic spices-ginger, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

A short paragraph for Coffeegraph Easily a 5/5! Visiting from Austin, Texas I was in search for good coffee and knowing it was Thanksgiving day I knew this would propose a challenge. Coffeegraph came up on the very short list of places that were open and they over exceed all expeditions. This place offers a variety of quality drinks and and an atmosphere of comfort & happiness. The service was amazing and it goes without saying that they truly understand the meaning of "hospitality". Catering to our requests and ensuring we had a memorable experience. What we tried and highly recommend: 1) Japanese Ice Style Pour Over with their "El Diviso Farm by Nestor Lasso" Beans. Easily an 11/10 and would definitely fly back to Denver to have again 2) Hojicha latte (w/honey and oat milk) - not too sweet, very nutty, and an overall "rich in flavor" experience Coffeegraph should be on your list to try if you haven't stopped by already. Hoping to be back soon whenever we're in town!

This coffee shop in Highlands has been open for 1.5 years per the co-owner, Troy. They have Indonesian inspired drinks. Nice sized menu of standard coffee drinks + Indonesian drinks, Elixirs and hot tea. They have pastries from GetRight's Bakery and Parlor doughnuts. There are 2 counters and 10 tables. Several people were on laptops. Nice cozy space facing southwest with curtains to filter sunlight in the summer. Soft music being played. Troy explained their offerings. I got a hot Matcha Latte with Breve (half & half). It made for a creamy latte. The matcha was well ground with no residue, not a packet. I added a GetRight's Bakery ham & gruyere croissant which Troy warmed up in a convection oven. I was also served by Cmo (that's correct). I got a 2nd hot beverage, the Aren Five Spice. This Indonesian drink was made with Oat Milk and flavored with ginger, cardamon, clove, cinnamon and nutmeg. Very earthy & smooth latte. Free street parking, safer on Julian. RTD bus 38 goes down 38th Ave.

Incredible service and delicious drinks! Everyone working there was so kind and knowledgeable about the drinks. All of the syrups are made in house and so tasty. We had our drinks to-go but the ambiance was a nice quiet place to get some work done. Overall 10/10 experience!!

Wish I could give an extra star. This place is spectacular. I was looking for something different & this exceeded my expectations. I got the Kopi Klepon and it was hands down the most delicious coffee i've tried in the area. Rich, creamy and so ridiculously delicious. Theres a little sprinkle of coconut that takes the entire thing above and beyond. Sweet but perfectly so. Can't wait to come back soon. I will be pointing all my friends and family in this direction. They also serve goodies from Bahn & Butter (score!)

Stopped in to try some matcha...they had the Asian mile high food week special menu and it was cool! We had two fruity ones...can't remember the name but wow were they good! Tasted like pastries. The $8.91 price tag hurt, but it's family owned and isn't just a run of the mill matcha shop. It was very busy, most tables were full and took quite some time to get our drinks but matcha takes time. Will definitely come back. Everyone was super nice.

Super fun quaint neighborhood coffee shop with rotating seasonal specials. They currently have a Harry Potter theme. Their staff are enthusiastic and personable. The drinks were top notch.

The Christmas HP menu is on point as usual! I always love trying their special menu items. It was a beautiful experience as always. They even gave my little one an extra marshmallow to enjoy while we waited. They always put so much care into each beverage and to presentation. We look forward to checking our their Christmas morning celebration!

I first heard about Coffeegraph during Mile High Asian Food Week and I am all about supporting and uplifting the AAPI community. This uses an Indonesian coffee bean which seems like it's a first in the Colorado area. There are drinks that seem like you can only find it here. This menu is actually quite extensive because you can do a lot of customization to it so I suggest you take a photo and slowly choose. There was a Harry Potter themed that I didn't see until after I had ordered my drink. I got the pandan matcha latte and it was actually pretty good. There's a pandan hint with the matcha. I'm actually excited to see what their other drinks are like.

The yin yang drink was very interesting and tasty. I loved the black sesame at the bottom. It's very nostalgic for me

    iced pandan matcha latte

this matcha was so good i logged my emotions about it We were visiting denver this week and after a week of airbnb keurig coffee, this hit the SPOT! we got several things including an iced pandan matcha, a vanilla mocha latte, and an incredible competition grade drip which ALL were perfectly sweetened. baristas were super knowledgeable and were quickly yet carefully crafting our drinks! the only critique i have is that there was a bit of confusion while calling out the drinks, but that can easily be solved by calling numbers or names and absolutely doesn't take off any stars considering how amazing everything else is the dining room was clean and the workspace was pristine!

My friend and I arrived with laptops and left them closed. The whole place has an Elle Woods sleepover energy: pink-adjacent, unapologetically cozy, a little magical. We enjoyed our treats, caught up and people watched. And yes these are treats. There may be alcohol at other times; we were just there for coffee and tea, and the specials leaned floral. I had something built around orange blossom that drifted between citrus and honeysuckle, delicate enough to feel like a mood rather than a flavor. Lovely, if not exactly life-changing. But that's the point: Hello Darling pulls you in with its aesthetic and keeps you with its comfy, cozy seats. Definitely equally suited to a solo work session or a two-hour gossip spiral that was supposed to be a work session! Come for the drinks, stay because you forgot you had somewhere else to be.

There was only one bartender, but he was friendly and attentive and came over to our table quickly. The espresso martini I ordered was a nine out of 10 - very tasty but had a strong vodka taste (which tells me it was probably very cheap vodka). The other cocktail was a Manhattan and it was not served with an ice cube instead it was only watered down. Probably wouldn't order that again. Overall, the space was cute and comfy, and I'd like to stop back in and try a coffee sometime

Even on a weekday morning, there was a gentle buzz of activity, yet we were pleasantly surprised to find a couple of open tables and no line at the counter. The friendly barista greeted us right away, and we were able to order our coffee drinks without any wait. While waiting, we took a moment to admire the pastry case and decided to share a beautiful pineapple Danish that looked too good to pass up. We settled into a cozy table by the window (the only small downside being the lack of outlets for working), and before we knew it, our drinks were ready. The coffees were served in the most charming handmade crockery cups, complete with lovely latte art. And I have to say--the latte itself was just as delightful as it looked: smooth, balanced, and perfectly crafted. The atmosphere immediately draws you in with its eco-conscious, Scandinavian hygge-inspired aesthetic. Think warm wood tones, soft natural light streaming through the windows, and thoughtfully curated, cozy decor that invites you to linger. It feels intentional and welcoming without being overdone. I also couldn't help but notice how dog-friendly the café is--from adorable bread-shaped dog toys available for purchase to water bowls set out for thirsty pups. It's clear they've considered every guest, furry ones included. One of my favorite features is the large garage-style front door that can open fully on warm days, seamlessly blending the indoor space with the front patio and making the café feel even more spacious and airy. For an intimate neighborhood café, there's a generous number of tables and seating options, along with a sizable menu offering plenty of food and beverage choices. I can easily imagine Hearth becoming a go-to spot for locals--whether for a quiet morning coffee, a casual meeting, or a slow start to the day. It's warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. I would happily return for another coffee (and maybe another pastry) again soon.

My sister used to go regularly when she was in school and let me know that the hours were super awesome for that routine - open at 6am, closed at midnight. Parking is admittedly a bit cramped in the front and pretty awkward to get out of if it's busy, but there is a lot behind the building with more space. There are a surprising number of tables and comfy chairs inside, and the vibe is kinda retro which my sister and I both really love. Their menu is pretty big and they also had a ton of holiday drinks to choose from. My sister has raved about the coffee they use (kaladi), so I got a drip coffee and since I wanted a little festive treat, I also got "the grinch" lol, which was a matcha latte with oat milk and pistachio. Take a wild guess which cup was mine in the photo. My sister got a hazelnut latte, which also came out really pretty. The coffees were ready very quickly, and we were able to find a little table near the back of the shop. Our three drinks (all 12oz) came out to about $16 which I think is pretty on par with specialty coffee drinks, so I felt it was worth the price. The food is particularly good, especially for a place that I find is more coffee focused than cafe focused. I only have one comment, which is really a comment for many Denver restaurants beyond this one coffee shop. That is this: sandwiches should be cut in half when they're finished being constructed. A sandwich isn't really "finished" until it's cut in half. We should think of that final, decisive slice through the sandwich as a kind of signature at the bottom of a painting or a poem. This is complete. It is ready to be eaten. If a sandwich is too unwieldy to be cut in half easily, then some thought should be given either to the construction and ingredients or to technique. A sandwich may need to be wrapped in parchment, then sliced, or a different knife may need to be used. Whatever needs to happen to slice that thing in half should be considered. I say this is a comment for all of Denver, because you really don't find this problem back east. It's like in coming west people forget about this final, essential step in making a sandwich. Anyway the spicy father is a great breakfast. But it would paradoxically be made truly whole were it to be served in two halves.
