Holy smokes, this place has a hold on me. Specifically their espresso tonic. Hands down one of the best 'spro tonics in all of Denver! I knew of this place, but had never been until the new year began after it was recommended to me by another Yelp Elite (shout out Caroline!). From the outside looking in, you might not know this is a coffee shop. Very minimal signage from 38th. However when you walk in, you are greeted with smiles and a warm welcome almost instantaneously. They brand themselves as an Indonesian specialty coffee shop. I think it's cool that they've have a special Lunar New Year menu. And their pastry game is top notch, sourcing from heavy hitters like GetRight's and Banh & Butter. But for me, I can't help myself from ordering their espresso tonic. They pair the espresso with a coconut yuzu tonic, with a hint of vanilla, and a dried lemon wheel for garnish. It's sweeter than what I typically enjoy, however it's so damn delicious and refreshing! OBSESSED. It normally gets crowded in here, with plenty of people like me working remotely on their laptops. The owners are also extremely nice and have been behind the counter every time I've been. I was looking to try a new coffee shop and I'm so glad I stumbled across Coffeegraph! It's a beautiful new spot with an Indonesian flair. I tried the Indonesian honey-roast pour-over, which was exceptional. My husband enjoyed his oat-milk flat white, and my son loved his oat-milk hot chocolate and strawberry cronut. The service was fast and friendly, and the place was buzzing. The prices are a bit steep, though, and I'd also love to see some vegan and gluten-free bakery options in the future. This coffee shop in Highlands has been open for 1.5 years per the co-owner, Troy. They have Indonesian inspired drinks. Nice sized menu of standard coffee drinks + Indonesian drinks, Elixirs and hot tea. They have pastries from GetRight's Bakery and Parlor doughnuts. There are 2 counters and 10 tables. Several people were on laptops. Nice cozy space facing southwest with curtains to filter sunlight in the summer. Soft music being played. Troy explained their offerings. I got a hot Matcha Latte with Breve (half & half). It made for a creamy latte. The matcha was well ground with no residue, not a packet. I added a GetRight's Bakery ham & gruyere croissant which Troy warmed up in a convection oven. I was also served by Cmo (that's correct). I got a 2nd hot beverage, the Aren Five Spice. This Indonesian drink was made with Oat Milk and flavored with ginger, cardamon, clove, cinnamon and nutmeg. Very earthy & smooth latte. Free street parking, safer on Julian. I got the Kopi Klepon and it was hands down the most delicious coffee i've tried in the area. Rich, creamy and so ridiculously delicious. I first heard about Coffeegraph during Mile High Asian Food Week and I am all about supporting and uplifting the AAPI community. This uses an Indonesian coffee bean which seems like it's a first in the Colorado area. There are drinks that seem like you can only find it here. This menu is actually quite extensive because you can do a lot of customization to it so I suggest you take a photo and slowly choose. Pat and I visited Coffeegraph, and our first steps into the shop, and we were impressed. Maybe it is the feng shui, but the space immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable. Soon after arriving, we met Troy and his son. This is a family-owned shop with husband, wife, and 2 sons working together. Their friendly presence added to the inviting atmosphere, making the café feel even more like a community gathering spot rather than just another coffee shop. The coffee at Coffeegraph was excellent, full of flavor, and served just right. One standout feature was their offering of monk fruit sweetener, a rare find at most cafés and a great option for those looking for healthier alternatives. We also appreciated the cold, refreshing water provided alongside our drinks. The ham and cheese croissant was flaky and delicious. Troy gave us wonderful information about his family, the business, and some unique drinks and very unique methods of brewing award-winning coffees. Amazing! I've been looking for an Asian coffee shop in Denver and I think I've finally found it! Coffee is immaculate and vibes are stellar - 10/10. Coffeegraph specializes in Indonesian coffee. When I came, I ordered off the seasonal menu which had combined Valentine's Day and Lunar New Year drinks. The seasonal menu looked soo good and you have a choice to make drinks with matcha or espresso. I ordered an iced Mon Cherie Amaretto latte with almond milk. They do not charge extra for alternative milk, which is AMAZING! The drink was so pretty with a few dried edible flower petals for garnish. I was impressed by the presentation alone, however, the drink was to die for! The espresso was rich and the milk was flavorful but not overpowering. It was a great balance of coffee, cherry, and cocoa. You can tell baristas put a lot of thought and effort into making the drinks. Specialty drinks range from about $7-8 and price tag is worth it for the quality! Inside is chic and inviting with different size table for chatting or working. It was quiet and inviting at 8:30 on a Thursday morning. I cannot wait to come back here and try more drinks! read more

This was my very first time visiting Coffee Graph, and I can honestly say it was one of the sweetest coffee shop experiences I've ever had. I was helped by Alaric, and he was incredibly sweet and welcoming. He not only guided me through their unique menu full of Indonesian style coffees, but we also started talking about the story behind the shop. Hearing how he and his parents opened Coffee Graph together made the whole experience feel so personal and heartfelt. You can truly feel the love and passion in the atmosphere :). The service was very friendly, and they helped talk me through the menu and made recommendations to me since it was my first time visiting.
