Pros: Spacious, well stocked: This CVS is well organized, large and spacious. It is extra cool in the summer-- the AC is blasting, and upbeat music is always playing! Friendly employees: The employees here are friendly and helpful-- they will greet you as you enter, and assist with any questions that you have. You never have to wait too long in line here-- between the friendly employees and self-checkout, it always is an efficient experience. Conveniently located: The CVS is conveniently located off of Indian School Road, very close to old town scottsdale, making it walkable. There is also lots of parking outside of the CVS. Good selection of beauty products: This CVS carries a good selection of beatuty products-- shampoos, nail products, and makeup-- I always find the beauty product that I am looking for...and even some I am not looking for Cute seasonal products: Lots of cute seasonal products at this CVS-- you can even see some in the picture that I posted! In contrast, when I contacted the Walgreens on E McDowell Rd, the difference was immediate. Although they were out of stock, they explained that their usual supplier no longer carries the product and offered to order it from a new provider. That level of effort and transparency was exactly what I needed. Because of this, I've transferred all my prescriptions to the E McDowell location. They even call to notify you if a prescription will be delayed--something the previous location never did. Their professionalism and customer care are a breath of fresh air.
