I hired Stardom Prep to prepare and record quitclaim deeds for transferring property into my LLC structure. I paid for both document preparation and recording coordination services. After submission to the Clark County Recorder, the documents were denied due to procedural and ownership-structure misunderstandings that should have been anticipated and addressed by a qualified document preparer. When I asked Ms. Singleton to correct the issue, she claimed she was "just a runner," even though her business advertises professional document preparation services. She showed limited understanding of the applicable laws -- particularly NRS 240A (duties of document preparers) and NRS 247.145 (Recorder's authority) -- and repeatedly deflected responsibility instead of providing professional guidance. During our communications, Ms. Singleton made inappropriate and unprofessional comments, including personal remarks such as "I feel so bad for you" and "You have a tendency to hang onto a matter to prove your intelligence." These statements were unnecessary, condescending, and contrary to professional standards expected of a licensed preparer. Only after multiple written requests, formal citation of Nevada statutes, and notice of potential complaints did Ms. Singleton refund my money in two separate Zelle payments. While the refund resolved the financial portion, her behavior, lack of procedural knowledge, and initial refusal to accept accountability demonstrate a pattern inconsistent with the professional standards required under Nevada law. read more

I needed to collect some unpaid medical bills from my ex and explained the entire situation to Wanda and hired her to prepare the paperwork for small claims Court. Wanda took my money and prepped everything knowing THE ENTIEE TIME THAT I COULDN'T COLLECT THIS FROM SMALL CLAIMS COURT AMD THAT I HAD TO GO TO FAMILY COURT. I did not know this at all. When I confronted her about this her response was "I do as I'm told from the client". So in other words, you take peoples money knowing your doing the wrong thing and your ripping them off.
