Nick, our service manager, called and let us know my car was serviced and ready to be picked up. He said the time would be between 2.5 to 3 hours. It took a little over 2 hours. We drove to Lexus to pick up my car. Before we did, we stopped by to see Jeb, our salesman. He is always available to answer any questions and to show us old folks how stuff works. I knew the car seats have massage functions but I didn't realize I have a massage system as good as or better than any high end massage chair. I am glad we stopped by to see Jeb! If you are looking to buy a Lexus, Jeb is a great salesman. He is not pushy and has been truthful to us. Truthful means a lot! The service at Lexus is the best in town. We have owned a Camry and currently own a Ridgeline. Honda is just a notch below Lexus. Both dealerships wash the cars. Lexus vacuumed and cleaned the inside of the windows too. My experience was 5/5.

(In search of a new car for her) - They insist on showing us a couple cars that she might like based on her description. - We find a nice car (Rav4) that my wife likes. Up to this point things were going well. - I intended on buying with cash, but our bank had a transaction limit that they would not approve to raise unless we were in person or we could pay by check. So we tell LoH that we are going to head home and , grab the checkbook, and come back. - They said that others were looking to also purchase this vehicle and insisted that we pay $1000 to hold the car (money towards car). We agreed and left. - On our way back, they called to make sure that we were still on the way, which we affirmed. - Once we got there, they asked us to take a seat and they would see us shortly. - After an HOUR I ask what is going on and they rudely say that more people came in after we left and were in queue before us. - They have us wait for ANOTHER HOUR AND A HALF before seeing us to purchase the car. This was the first time I have ever purchased a car on my own. I have never felt so disrespected and taken advantage of in my life, and then humiliatingly have to give them more money for the car. They acted like they no longer needed show me respect because I was trapped after giving them $1000 to hold the car. Never making that mistake again. 0/10 do not recommend.
