There was quite a bit of repair work needed, and he was able to get the parts overnighted so I could be back on the road by friday. That aside, he was looking at different Mazda's across middle-north Alabama online. Enter Hiley Mazda who offered several [non-white-in-color] Mazdas of the model my husband wanted. Hubs made an appointment; we piled in my car and off we went! He wanted my opinion of the car and for me to drive it as well as, of course, him to test drive it. Since I was running short on time, we didn't take the car out on 72 where traffic was building, but we did drive it around the spacious grounds which they share with a sister dealership. I drove it, and also rode in the back, checking out all the features. The sales guy [I didn't get his name] was really knowledgeable and nice, and not pushy at all and he answered all my questions. I noticed the floor mats were missing and he assured us they would include them [which they did], and he even pointed out he needed to obtain some type of cap that covers an optional towing hitch port. He provided the cap cover as well. He even suggested some money saving options for the electronic panel which exceeded the bar in helpfulness! I only spent about 20 minutes at the dealership and didn't go inside so I can't comment on that. My husband completed the transaction without reporting any issues or complaints to me. The price point was fair, and we are happy 2023 Mazda owners who enjoyed the Mazda on our recent ~14-hour roundtrip to Ohio. Thanks, Hiley!
