When I moved, I was not to sure where to go for my oil changes and regular maintenance. I have found an AMAZING Ford Quick Lane Service Center. It is located on Hughes Rd, right off of Interstate 72 in Madison, Al. The staff there are Amazing, I personally want to Shout Out to Kasey Allen - Service Writer!!!!! Ever since I started going there, he has ALWAYS gone Above and Beyond with his GREAT Customer Service, he treats me with the Upmost Respect and makes me feel like part of his family!!! He always answers all my questions and is an AWESOME Listener!!!! He explains everything in detail and takes his time to make sure I understand everything!!!! We turned up to look at a specific truck - Johnny gave us the overview of the truck, gave us the keys and left us to it.
