We entrusted Divine as the manager when we rented a family member's house out for a few years after their passing. Their tight screening process gave an excellent tenant. Kandi and Kat do everything by the book and follow every law exactly, which is extremely important when renting in California. If you're a property owner, you won't go wrong here.
