The photos from my shoot were a gift and I had a deadline. OWP came up with a plan to get me a final product two weeks before my dead line! My first meeting was in the studio, all aspects of design were covered and I pre-ordered a bound book. Although my final costs were more then I wanted to spend ($$$$), the quality of the work was worth every penny. The overall communication with OWP was amazing and the customer service was great. Olivia and Chantille wonderful to work with. The shoot was really fun! Olivia and Yakeima (awesome designer!) made me feel relaxed and kept the mood upbeat and exciting. I have nothing but great memories and would not change a thing about that shoot! A few weeks after my shoot I went back the OWP studio to preview the photos for my book. Viewing my photos was difficult; the computer program was sluggish and loaded everything very slowly. The process was a bit awkward; they had just rearranged the studio and didn't quite have the computer situation or seating figured out so that could have been the problem. Although I am very pleased with the way the photos turned out I felt that the review process took longer than it needed to. The photography itself is amazing. I choose Olivia because her work speaks for itself. The artistic, professional look, and quality of Olivia's photography is exactly what I was looking for when I found her online. I am very pleased that the real life work matches her portfolio. What you see is what you get... and what you get is great! Where do I even start!…read more We had the pleasure of working with Amanda Seasholtz at the beach for our sunset, engagement session. When you are outside in the elements, shooting conditions are rarely 100% perfect, and the day of our session was no exception. Due to the weather conditions, Amanda was incredibly flexible and offered to reschedule the session to a day with calmer weather. She gave us ample time to make this decision, but I decided to proceed with the shoot. Despite the consistent 15mph plus winds (and gusts!) actively working against us, 90% of the time, Amanda captured *so many* amazing shots! Amanda is a genuine pleasure to work with. The entire process was so easy and relaxed; even though I'm not someone who loves having their picture taken. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the session. The turnaround time for the high-resolution photos was perfectly reasonable, but Amanda exceeded my expectations by delivering them even sooner. From the initial inquiry to the final product, every aspect of the experience was amazing. I cannot recommend Amanda Seasholtz Photography enough. Right off the bat, Amanda was responsive via email, and she was very accommodating with our travel plans. She helped recommend photoshoot locations as well as photo inspiration, while also being open to some of our requests. We ended up going with Amanda's recommended location, which was a great setting for our photos. I also sent Amanda a link to some photos/poses that I liked, and she had saved all these photos to reference while we did our shoot. She also checked in with us in the days leading up to the photoshoot to see if we had any questions or additional requests. As soon as we started taking photos, we felt comfortable and like we could be ourselves around Amanda. Lastly, Amanda edited our photos within days and sent us the gallery, which looked amazing! Overall, I can't recommend Amanda enough--we had a great experience!

I have had friends tell me the same thing happened to them.The second time she was supposed to have her cake person supply the cake for my daughter's 1st birthday cake smash. I show up for the shoot and she says, " Oh, was I supposed to bring a cake? My cake girl is sick." Why wouldn't you tell me that BEFORE I got there? I had to leave and I had to get the cake from publix and now my kid is cranky for her photos. The third shoot was for Christmas pics and on three occasions she said she had to get going, she had another shoot. My 2 year old being cranky wasn't working well for her and she wasn't in the mood. Mind you she did nothing to help get my child to smile. I was running around doing all the work. she didn't provide me with my photos until the day before Christmas Eve so I was unable to send out Christmas cards. She overbooked herself and was too overwhelmed. Me and several others suffered because she was selfish and kept booking photo shoots knowing she couldn't deliver in time. Lastly, I had booked my daughter's 2nd birthday photo shoot. Before the session I asked if I would have the photos in time for her birthday and she said no. I told her I understand and asked for her to please refund me the deposit. I have screenshots of the conversation stating from her that she would give me my money back. she also said she was in to deep and couldn't believe she over booked so much. now she is ignoring me and won't give me my money back. It's just bad business. I hope this doesn't happen to others but I bet it has. Many of my friends and family will now no longer be using her after what she has done. Crystal, it's the principle. Please follow through on what you said. I want my money back. I do not recommend.
