During the haircut, I explained that I wanted my long layers to start higher. Midway through the service, the stylist stepped away to attend to another client. When she returned, she quickly finished the cut without checking back in on the layering or confirming how I wanted it styled. There was no offer to curl or style my hair at the end of the appointment. I left feeling disappointed because I expected to walk out with a finished look, not have to go home and do the styling myself. Overall, the experience felt rushed and inattentive, which did not meet my expectations for a professional appointment.

She gladly accepted my money along with a shipping fee and then when she mailed the packaged a week later and was informed by usps that the package wouldn't arrive until after valentines day she decided sending me a message with a "sorry its late" not my fault or problem type of an attitude instead of trying to make things right for the customer. She then stated in a message that she was "nice enough to mail it" and everyone else she mailed to in her local area aren't getting them late and because mine was out of state that's why.
