Her coloring is unbelievable. I am naturally brunette but she is able to convince otherwise with the highlights she gives. I don't have to go back for color very often because she is able to blend my root for a favorable grow-out. She is able to achieve the right blonde tone that I look for even when I switch it up. I always walk out of the salon feeling better than when I came in. The thorough shampooing/conditioning with a massage that she gives makes it even better! Paige also did my hair for my wedding and it was beautiful. I received a lot of compliments and my updo lasted the entire night. She met me at our bridal suite and spent the morning getting bridesmaids and myself ready. She is very professional and did not let me lift a finger on my big day. She helped to make the day even more special. The salon has great atmosphere where clients are able to relax and are treated kindly. I brought bundles there to color match providing the exact color I wanted. Jaz bleached once and toned about 4 times before she could get the color right. HOWEVER, me and her were the last people in there and she had the best attitude ever and was willing to get it right. The owner had left and other stylists left but they all tried to help while they were there. Shout out to Jaz for her attitude and willingness to get the color right and her being able to accept criticism with me not liking the color the many times before it was right and that goes a long way with me.

I wouldn't consider this salon as an over the top, fancy place however I would consider it average with over the top prices. My normal treatment is all over color, wash and blow dry which usually runs me $125.00. That may be the going price or reasonably priced for that but yesterday I changed course. I went in for a trim. It was a dry cut with about 1/4 inch of the dead ends cut. Just a blunt straight cut. No layers no angles. They didn't even cut my bangs. When I went to pay when I was done I was charged $41.00! It took about 5 minutes to do and again no wash, blow dry or any type of styling. I found this to be totally outrageous! I could have gone to Great clips or probably several other places and had the same thing done for $13.00. I felt if this is how you treat one of your loyal customers I no longer wish to be one. I sent the owner Devin a message telling her how I felt but she never replied. I will say this, as long as you are willing to pay a high price for a medium quality salon then by all means do it. If however you feel you can get the same service at a much cheaper price I would highly recommend it. As for me, they will no longer have my business. I hope they feel it was worth it to lose a loyal customer for charging an outrageous price for a trim!

Ellen has done such a great job with my hair cuts as well. She has such a great memory about how I style my hair so unless I am changing my style I do not have to tell her how I want my hair cut. When I do try something new, she always does an awesome job! Lastly, Ellen is so friendly and truly cares about her clients. She has taken the time, on multiple occasions, to teach me how to do a particular hair style- the latest was how to get the loose curl look. She didn't just run through fast instructions and send me on my way; instead she walked me through the process step-by-step while actually showing me how to do it. Now I rock my loose curls all the time! Ellen really is great. If you are looking to get a cut check her out. She is as sweet as she is hair talented. Megan and Chistopher are just as great. Hair Dimensions (that was located on Dawsonville Hwy in GV) merged with Gainesville Hair Company in 2024. Although I have not used any of Hair Dimension hair stylists or nail specialists - they are always busy and provide quality service.
