She told me no! Told me it would make my hair frizzy. IT"S ALREADY FRIZZY!!! That was the whole reason I went there to get it thinned out cause its so thick. She trimmed the ends and gave me some long bangs. My hair is still so dang thick. Ugh!

She gladly accepted my money along with a shipping fee and then when she mailed the packaged a week later and was informed by usps that the package wouldn't arrive until after valentines day she decided sending me a message with a "sorry its late" not my fault or problem type of an attitude instead of trying to make things right for the customer. She then stated in a message that she was "nice enough to mail it" and everyone else she mailed to in her local area aren't getting them late and because mine was out of state that's why. I gave her NINE business days to get this package to me by Valentines day.
