Because of that, several items I intended to purchase were suddenly unavailable and I was told they couldn't fulfill my full order. What made the experience worse was how dismissive and rude the interaction felt when I tried to ask about it. If customers are given a shopping deadline, the store should honor that time instead of starting orders hours early and then blaming the customer for missing items. It completely defeats the purpose of offering online ordering convenience. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

My father was a supermarker manager in the 60s for Safeway and then Finest. in the 70s, he was a district manager for Finest. Gina exemplifies "Each" day, what an organization desires their team members to be. I grew up in the supermarket world working with my dad in my teenage years.
