I worked closely with Jim who was professional, caring and competent. He was so fabulous that, if I could, I'd absolutely adopt him!! Sam, who evaluated and worked with me was incredible. Everyone, including Abe and all the assistants, were so very helpful. The facility is large, open and has a full range of equipment. My problem was probably the result of an injury even the doctors couldn't fully identify. But Jim managed to zone in on my problem and get be back to where I could run again. Something I never thought would happen. He was patient, watched carefully to see what worked (and what didn't), gave me home exercises and loads of incentive. Now I'm almost totally pain-free and able to run again. All thanks to Jim. Without any hesitation, I recommend Jim and Westchester Sports Physical Therapy.

HOWEVER, the issue is that they are not transparent about co-payments for their services. At first they confirmed that there would be no copayment and when we checked again with them to confirm this, they confirmed that no payment was needed. So we went with them. But then after my father had several sessions with them, they all of a sudden wanted to charge him a $280. I spoke to the Office Manager but she did not help at all. The bottom line is this is what they do: They provide physical therapy and work with their clients insurances. How could they not know what a future clients copayment would be? At least tell the client after the first or second session but not after 10th session. The back office is very unprofessional and don't know how to run such a business when it comes to working with clients insurances. I would not recommend this place and beware, you might be charged a large bill down the line. They seem to provide good physical therapy - no issues with therapist. The issue is with the back office.

He has patiently worked with me since I started going and I can honestly say that the level and standard of care is amazing. They always treated me with respect and were eager to help me with my chronic headaches. The front desk staff as well are superb--they are kind, caring and work hard to make sure all clients needs are met including reminder calls, working out billing issues etc. The office Manager is fantastic as well-she always was in a good mood and kept me updated if the Chiropractors were running late etc. They try to fit as many appointments as possible into every hr so often there could be a bit of a wait when you get into one of the rooms and they are a bit rushed to have your treatment completed. Unfortunately, the extensive amounts of appointments and money spent did not help my headaches in the end. I went for multiple months and at first 4 days/week for a while, then 3 days and eventually twice a week. I also was paying out of pocket until I met my insurance deductible as well. I suffer from a rare type of headache disorder which does not respond well to Chiropractic Care it seems and perhaps made it worse--I have been going regularly to Physical Therapy and that has given me some relief. Just understand that Chiropractic care will not help EVERYONE, and they do extensive testing to try to design a care plan for you but it is not guaranteed to help in the end...I am glad I gave it a shot however.
