Never have we ever been at a place where everyone was standing around doing nothing not offering to help. Then as soon as we got so items a lady just stood there standing 4 feet from us. She never asked us if we needed help or anything she just stood there. She followed us to the dressing room and just stood there. She asked to hold our stuff but we needed to try it on which seemed weird to her. We told her she could hold the hat and boots up front but we were going to be trying on the shirts. I have never been treated this way as if we were going to steal the items. Beyond rude! We needed western wear for a wedding and we are not from here or else we would have not purchased anything from this place. read more

We were just in the area for work and after we were done for the day, we decided to check out a place that sells "Western Wear." We were told that Starr was the place to go in the area where lots of people coming from across state and country borders to purchase anything "cowboy." We were told that this is a new location within the Sunland Park Mall occupying a space that was previously Macy's. When you walk it you can already see the western wear. Whatever it is that you are looking for, you should be able to find it. Warning though, the clothing they have here is quite expensive. I am not too familiar with Western Wear brands but most of what they sell here are name brand prices and in general pretty solid clothing. That being said, if you're looking for a souvenir or something to take back with you, this may not be that location. If you enjoy wearing that type of clothing day to day and wanted to find something that was fashionable and modern, then perhaps they carry what you're looking for. They do have boots, hats, caps, jackets, jeans, shirts, pocket knives, and a bunch of clothing for the "outdoor worker." Interesting to look through but ultimately didn't find anything that caught my eye. They have two stories here so be sure to look at everything. Plenty of parking outside. If you're in the area and are interested in this type of clothing, then worth checking out but I was a little underwhelmed. read more

I ordered boots size 4 for my son and this was my first time buying him boots online. My daughter is having her Quinceanera July 8, 2023, and my son was in need of new boots for that date. When they arrived, they were to big as he needed a size 3 smaller size, I decided to exchange them. I took about three weeks to return as I work alot and left this to a last-minute thing to do. When they received the item he is telling me they have been used and I completely disagree. They mailed and sold me used boots from the store and I did not look at the bottom of the boots at all once they arrived nor when I sent them back . I was confident this was a trustworthy store it is not please look at your item when it gets to your home they will send used items . read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would for the terrible experience I had earlier today. I went here today with my sister specifically for jeans that my Father requested for his Father's Day gift. We stopped in at about 3pm, looking for VERY SPECIFIC LEVIS that can only be found here, otherwise I wouldn't have ever went into this store. We walked in then through almost the whole store, passing by at least 10-15 employees who completely ignored us, no acknowledgement whatsoever, not even a look our way. By the time we finally found what we were looking for ourselves, a woman came up and very rudely asked if we needed help, which in turn, I let her know we didn't by that time. At the checkout, I did let the cashier know our experience, which then she tried to redeem the store's terrible customer service & offered us free gift wrapping & 2 free shirts, which was a lot more than I can say for the rest of the staff. Also, I do speak almost fluent Spanish so that should be no excuse of why no one helped us in this store. I have no plans to ever shop at this store ever again, and that's unfortunate since I love to shop. read more
