I went here to buy boots for my grandkids. They had a fantastic selection of toddler and kids boots at VERY reasonable prices. Joe helped me find the right sizes at prices that I could afford. He was extremely helpful and even packaged everything so I could check it for my flight back to San Antonio. I bought eight pairs of super cute boots for the grandkids and even found a pair that fit me in a size 11 women's. I can't wait to deliver my presents to the grandkids. I had an outstanding buying experience thanks largely to their saleswoman who has been with Tony Lama for the past four years in this location and thirteen years overall: Lucy Moreno. No sales pressure whatsoever. Walked me through the process. Made certain I was satisfied with the best boots for me available in their store. Stretched the boots out in all the right places for me while I waited. This was a wonderful way to spend a little time and less money than I expected. The best thing I can say about this location is the many George Strait decorations inside. There isn't a great selection, it's not cheaper, and there's really no reason to choose this over going to Cavender's or Boot Barn. The sign might say "discount", but the prices say otherwise. read more

My brother bought a pair and mailed them to me. $200. Wore them once.They didn't fit. I held on to them next time i was in el paso to exchange them. At first, the salesman wouldnt credit them without a receipt. I told them then i will donate them as i had no use for the boots since they didnt fit. I asked again for a credit he agreed, but only for $109. I agreed. Better than nothing. I began to look for boots. Struggling as i had no idea of my size and where to look. I asked for help. They started to assit. My feet were bruised from trying on different sizes. Finally settled on a pair. The thing was my socks were thick at the time and when i came home to try them with regular socks and of course too big. When i bought them the salesman was very clear on it being a final sale. So anybody want to buy a brand new pair of ostrich skin black boots 10ee?? $300 for me to break even but $250 and ill feel less screwed. read more
