Always Our Go-To Firework Spot! We've been coming to Stars and Stripes every year, and it never disappoints! It's always super convenient and affordable, which makes planning for the 4th of July so much easier. Dan, the owner, always takes the time to greet us and make us feel welcome ,his hospitality and customer service are top-notch. It's rare these days to find a business that still makes you feel like family, but this place does exactly that. I highly recommend Stars and Stripes to anyone looking for great fireworks and even better service! read more

We were headed back to Dallas from Wimberly. We needed some small fireworks to ring in the 4th of July. We were looking for something right off 35 that was an independent place. Found this one in doing a Maps search. They had everything I needed. Great service, large selection. Yay America! read more

History

Established in 2009.

The previous owners of this store started with an independently owned fireworks stand and then grew that to an indoor store. In 2009 it was sold to the new owners. Still independently owned they continue to keep the same local feel and dedication to the customers as well as fantastic fireworks deals.

Meet the Business Owner: Dan F.

With a love of fireworks, I was shooting shows toward the Texas Motor Speed. Over the years the show kept growing larger and larger unit they reached about 4500 people watching a 3 hour show with two mini Finally. So it was time to start selling what I was shooting in my shows. With a small stand I started to sell and show customers how they can do shows of all sizes.

Park with activities for everyone…read more Ample parking. There's a trail that encompasses the park with fitness stations throughout. Picnic areas dispersed as well if you're having a get together. Very tempting playground. In fact, I even tested it out - small climbing wall and twirly slide passed my inspection. A child on a bike arrived shortly after. I promptly left as if I didn't just go "weeeee" on the slide. There's also a nice splash pad and skating area which I thought were cool. In one area, there's a pond with some ducks. Then there's a soccer field close to the cemetery. Oh yeah, there's also a cemetery which I think is a bit weird in terms of city planning. But hey, I guess that doesn't stop people from coming and enjoying a nice park.
