i used to love this store for the service as well as the product, i only shop for vapes. the most recent visits tho, i've had a lot of issues. i bought a defective vape, an employee tried it n agreed that it was disgusting, no issue replacing it but the replacement was the same. i couldn't go back so i contacted them and she told me to come back to get a new one as long as it is defected like i say. changed it out again, finally no problem with the vape. i apologized for being a pain but i feel if i'm paying for something then it should be close to perfect. i go back today to see the same two ladies from the previous issue. looking to get a new one, before i completed the purchase i made sure that if it was defective there would be no issue with me getting a replacement. and of course it was. the button on the bottom was stuck n could only turn on in pulse mode, the hit was very weak and it had little to no flavor. but instead of giving me a replacement the older lady denied me of the flavor i paid for, told me i would have to try a new flavor. no why would i get something that i don't want with MY money?? she started going back and forth with me about it. then she told me that if it didn't taste bad to the other girl that i couldn't get it replaced. the younger girl said it tasted fine. so i hit again n said no its nasty, i even took a big hit to show how little smoke comes out and as someone who has gotten this flavor ONLY for two years, im sure i'm the only person who would know how its supposed to taste. as i'm starting to get irritated she's still going back and forth with me and told me that the four other people who get the same as me never have an issue and that if i wanted the same flavor i would have to pay for it. so i politely asked for my refund cause this has gone on for too long and i hate to be a difficult customer. i paid with card but she gave me cash (didn't give me the "card fee") and i left. i understand following rules and doing your job but if i was trying to scam for a vape of all things, why would i "lie" n say a "good vape" is nasty. that jus doesn't make sense. wasted my whole lunch break trying to get a vape and ended up not even leaving with one. shame what people do to a customer that literally comes every week to spend their money. read more

I liked this place for quite some time. Now I am so frustrated with it i will not be returning. I got the same three items on three separate occasions. The price was slightly different from the first to the second. Just a dollar and some change. On the third the price wnt up 12 dollars. I was told the "deal" didn't apply to this particular item. When it had just the day before, twice. Needless to say depending on who you have cashing you out is what kind of a price you have when it is said and done. Very unprofessional when I asked what had changed. "I was told this" was about the best explanation I got in return. Frustrated is an understatement. Negative 5 stars. This has to be one of the best smoke shops in Waco. It's a convenient location on Waco dr next to Shipley's. Cheapest prices I've ever seen. the product is the same quality u see everywhere else but the price will blow your mind. They have just about everything you need. but if they don't have something in stock, just ask the owner and he will order it in for you. Really nice atmosphere and it always smells really good. This store has THE WORST customer service I have every seen. Plus, they are extremely suspicious. My mom and dad had gone to this store, and my dad had gone into the store. A man(apparently the owner) told my dad that a guy had left his phone in the store, so the owner left the store. He came out to the parking lot to take pictures of my car while my mom was in it. She said that the man acted suspicious before returning inside. My dad said that the man had LIED about what he was doing and questioned my dad about my mom in the car. I called the store that evening to find out why this happened, and the man that I spoke to told me to call back in 30 minutes to allow him time to check the security cameras to find out what was going on. When I did call him back, he was extremely rude by saying that I was inappropriate and he began insulting me and my family. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to this store otherwise they will probably take pictures of your car's license plate and then insult you for calling them out on it. read more
