I feel like Stephanie and I had an instant connection. She completely understood what I wanted to work on and helped me through some big life changes. Changes like losing a loved one (or two in my case!), looking for a new job/career, and everyday life struggles (trying to stay healthy, how to reconnect with lost friends, how to communicate better with my husband).
