We looked around for a plumber in the small community but there isn't one. So Yelp was the go to. Let me start with Adam's amazing customer service. Did a Yelp search and AW popped up. Sent him a text, Adam came by the next day and we decided to ask him for an estimate on replacing the entire intake hot and cold water supply lines for the house. He gave us a great deal. While he was giving us that estimate, I also asked about installing a brand new electric water heater. He gave us a good deal on that as well. He told us he could get started the next day. Which he did. It was a two day job. But he did what was needed for us to have water again. Tankless water heater works great! We can sleep well at night knowing our plumbing needs have been taken care of! Thanks Adam! Pretty sure we will be calling you back in the near future for others projects!

I called and reported a water leak under my house in the bathroom area. I told them where it was…read moreand what it was. They responded the next day for service, which was the ONLY nice thing. He found the leak. Yelp, under the house. Yelp in the bathroom area. It was a toilet leak that was not flushing well and back flow was coming up around the wax ring. It had wet the floor and the floor about the toilet was not supportive to a new toilet. Did not fix it. But wanted to be paid $256! No fix and the assessment (which i had already told them!) was more than a new toilet. They charged for the 15-minute trip from their location to mine, and the 15 minute trip back to the shop and more than an hour at the location to not do anything, but say yea you have a leak. I had a bad experience before many years ago with this company and thought the Christian thing to do was forgive and give them another chance. Man that was an expensive decision! Call somebody else if you want your leak fixed!

I had a new Central heating system installed when I bought my home. I had to go through Mississippi…read morepower and their program to pay for the unit while paying my electric bill. The person from Thomas Refrigeration inspected the old unit and recommended a size and said the duct work was fine, no need to replace it. After all the paperwork was done they ordered and came to install you unit. Well after taking out the old unit the installer said and I quote "why are y'all buying a new unit? This one would work fine if you clean the coils". AFTER the old unit was out. After the install one side of the house would stay cool while the other was noticeably warmer. After 5 visits over 4 years, a serviceman from Thomas Refrigeration finally admitted that there was not enough pressure pushing air to the main part of my home and 2 lines would need to be run to help. We got the quote and scheduled the line to be put in. Now we are waiting for them to come do the work. "We will be there Tuesday," no show. "Oh I'm sorry, I said Tuesday but wrote down on the calendar Thursday.", Still not here. So to recap, They said we needed a new unit, we didn't. They said the duct work we have is fine, it's not. Said they would be here to add vents, they never showed and never called.

When I called the home warranty company, their policy is to give the contractor 48 hours to respond. Even though I told them Blair wouldn't be responsive, they do have their policy.
