He found the leak. Yelp, under the house. Yelp in the bathroom area. It was a toilet leak that was not flushing well and back flow was coming up around the wax ring. It had wet the floor and the floor about the toilet was not supportive to a new toilet. Did not fix it. But wanted to be paid $256! No fix and the assessment (which i had already told them!) was more than a new toilet. They charged for the 15-minute trip from their location to mine, and the 15 minute trip back to the shop and more than an hour at the location to not do anything, but say yea you have a leak. I had a bad experience before many years ago with this company and thought the Christian thing to do was forgive and give them another chance. Man that was an expensive decision! Call somebody else if you want your leak fixed!

Gaile was very nice and worked with me to schedule a time for cleaning. She was there on time and did quick and excellent work. She walked me through the apartment afterwards and showed me everything that was done. I have never seen an apartment that clean before! The service was very affordable, but I think what helped is that I hadn't trashed the place (it was fairly clean to begin with and I had all my belongings moved out beforehand). We looked around for a plumber in the small community but there isn't one. So Yelp was the go to. Let me start with Adam's amazing customer service. Did a Yelp search and AW popped up. Sent him a text, Adam came by the next day and we decided to ask him for an estimate on replacing the entire intake hot and cold water supply lines for the house. He gave us a great deal. While he was giving us that estimate, I also asked about installing a brand new electric water heater. He gave us a good deal on that as well. He told us he could get started the next day. Which he did. It was a two day job. But he did what was needed for us to have water again. Tankless water heater works great! We can sleep well at night knowing our plumbing needs have been taken care of! Thanks Adam! Pretty sure we will be calling you back in the near future for others projects!
