Yes, I agree their customer service could be improved. Our business almost went with them for a system for our corporate office. Overall, they made some good recommendations, but made a really poor recommendation to replace our Smart Board. We had one that we had been using for years, and are still using today. Once they made this recommendation, one that cost $5600 for a new smart board, they would not do the system unless we bought it all. We then found another guy, via the contractor, www.stemic.ca. Very knowledgable in system design. You'll pay a premium for each component, but you'll get a good installation. They are really busy though, (and that's a good indication of their repeat business) but this will mean longer wait times to get service. I've waited weeks to get a return phone call (which is very frustrating when your system is down), and that's after our sizable install. Very bad experience with this company. They overcharge to the extreme so be very careful to quote elsewhere. They don't play by the rules when it comes to customer service or honoring their products either. They try to bully the customer and push you into a place where you have to pay them even if you are completely unsatisfied and the job is incomplete. They source cheap products in china and have them made and passed off as high end. When a problem arises they claim your expectations that the product function is excessive. Do yourself a favor and shop around there are more companies in town with better products, better customer service, and way better pricing. Stay away and save yourself the stress 1 year down the road when everything starts to fail. read more
