Something shady going on with James. Won't respect people's privacy when they want a quote. He wants your license and VIN FOR A QUOTE!! Why?? Trying to sell our information? Then he wants you to come to the office like we have that time to waste. No. You give us a good price and then you can have all the specific information of course. This is why agents lose business. Stung us along for three days back and forth texting. Tell him you don't text and he ghosts you. Literally you can do a quote with year make and model but he wants "full name" for it?? Do better James. And when you say you'll get your employee to do the quote and text us and not do it that makes it sound like they're not serious about business and that these five star reviews are bought and paid for. I worked for insurface before and people and dealers would call in all day to buy insurance. Literally it was so easy to give a quote. And don't say you need it FOR A QUOTE. If we don't and it goes up when there's something in record then that's on us. But when we know there's nothing then they don't need this information. He stressed us out unnecessarily because we are days from the next insurance term and he can't do his job even though he brags and brags he has done it for decades. Maybe he's tired of it and looking to mess with people. It's such a simple thing to do but apparently it's too hard for him. Online you can opt out of the vin and license plate UNTIL PURCHASE but he's are being shady like they want to record that we are price searching or notify our current insurance or something. read more
