friends said they are very expensive but decided to give them a chance because they have a lot of 5 stars. worker on the phone when we called to give them this information in picture would not give quote over the phone and said bring vin and license and policy !!?! why do you need our policy for???? stop asking for information you don't need only for a quote. if there's tickets or something then the person knows then of course the price is wrong but there is absolutely no need for that if we know there is none. unless they respond with a good answer why, it's likely they want to sell our private information to telemarketing and then advertisers will bother you and fill your main box with junk. waste of time. if you want the business, run the quote. don't be so lazy! if you run their basic quote and it's more expensive you don't need to take our private information!!!! we are "shocked" about their allegations of denial. go online anywhere and you can do make model and year. anything else they say is bull! gaslight to the max with this one! everything said here and they're crying because they got caught. we did address it with you guys!! you won't run the basic quote without the private information and then offensively make a response and that's "customer service??!" give me a break. what a joke. literally in the picture it says give driver license, car license and vin! unnecessary!!!! ***response to response see we were willing to let this go but apparently she wants to be a funny one and not professional so we will sit here and argue with her all day like she probably is going to do with you in the office. the more and more she does this shows how horrible they are. now we get to clarify for everyone she is distracting from the point and making more and more false claims that vin and license is "industry standard" for a quote which it is not. this is only required for purchase or to see if a driver has dui/tickets or accidents. why would she not say "we do not sell your information," unless they do. maybe she needs to be investigated by the state and have her license reviewed for all she is doing right here. do you want to play this game? next false claim says we did not say "called" and we did write that. so she is trying again to distract by saying she doesn't understand english and has poor reading comprehension when we clarified for her. doesn't change the fact they did not want to give a quote over the phone without vin license and other private information they do not need. and she is using some cut and paste phrases too that have no meaning to try to get away from her wrongdoing. we have been thinking about this all day about how horrible the case was and how she is fully boldly and loudly making false statements over and over again. i encourage everyone to "call email and online chat" and report back if they do not. now you just made more work for you because you argued a second response. do you want to make it worse?? keep going. next will be contacting the state. so funny this one trying to say and deny little things to avoid wrongdoing. everyone should say they do not want their information sold to advertisers too. staff request extra unnecessary information for the power they feel to invade people's privacy. if your prices are low then people can give more information like vin and license. and if not then don't waste people's time. but proof is here they do not know how to be truthful and just deny everything. you got caught. maybe a state investigation needs to happen now too. make another response if you want to risk your company's license. how much money do you think will go away. how much does the office make annually in profit?? can you say bye bye to that? go ahead. try me. seems like you like to argue. only one other agency has been this way out of many dozen contacted. so you are the problem. but you don't want to say you don't sell our information. commit to honesty and truth as opposed to inaccurate information you claim about others to try feebily to discredit them to which you have failed twice now. read more
