It's been almost a month since I bought it and he does not have a title for the car. The car has been getting fixed supposedly by his mechanic but I've seen no proof. When I called today 8/14/2018 he said another week but not sure a date?! Update: just spoke to the owner Khalid he was condescending told me as a black community we should stick together which has nothing to do with the fact I want my title and my car. This place is a scam and sells lemons. Shane the manager never calls you back when he says he will when I went to look at the SUV today to see if they would have my title they had a bag of Wendy's trash and a cup in my SUV that was not mine when I asked about it he said it must have been the mechanic that left it in the car. When I told the manager this he didn't even go get it or clean the car out and they burn all my gas because they said they had to test drive the car up and down 295 to see if it will cut off again when I told him about my gas being low he said it wasn't their fault. I have told so many people buyer beware and complains on my Facebook page I feel like I was swindler out of my hard-earned money and taking advantage of. The owner even told me to take down my negative review on Google because he was going to fix it yet I'm still disappointed and the engine light keeps going off. I even have proof that the car was returned two weeks before I bought it the buyer before me left their temporary registration in the glove compartment on July 12th I bought the car on July 26th when I asked about it the manager Shane told me that the man just brought it back because he wanted a bigger car the SUV is huge. His review on Google is poor I didn't see them until after this nightmare. tomorrow I don't even know if I will get the title to the car or it will pass inspection. it's been almost a month and I haven't even driven this car more than one day this car was supposed to be a bigger car to help me take care of my sick mom who has a walker. I don't know if I will get the title but I really want other people to know to be careful you may lose your money and this place is terrible.

All of their cars are very clean and the staff is very knowledgeable! We were very pleased how we were treated and never felt the pressures you feel at some car dealerships. They honestly treat you like family and want their customers to be comfortable during their purchase. We will be buying all of our vehicles from Alena Quality Automobiles! Thanks again and never change the way you do business!

I will never purchase another car from Alena Quality Auto again and if I can save you from doing…read morethe same then I have served my purpose. I bought a 2007 Nissan for $10,000 The owner came off as a genuine guy. The car was in great condition at first glance. We purchased it with two contingencies: One of the tires needed to be replaced, and there was a speculated problem with a leak with one of the windows in the front of the car. He stated he could "sell the car tomorrow without paying for the repairs" but agreed to look into it. They ensured that there was no leak to be found and he did replace the tire at cost. After signing, the next day we returned with the car because the steering wheel seized while driving. Come to find out, there was a leak in the power steering. They seemed not to know the problem existed. I owed the Nissan for 6 months and had to put over $4,000 of work into the car. On two occasions I brought the car to a dealership and was informed that the car was unsafe to drive because the wheels were going to fall off due to worn out control arms, and ball joints. The suspension, brake pads and two of the tires needed to be replaced on different occasions. The power steering from the initial date of purchase was not fixed nor was the developing sunroof leak. There is an oil leak valued at $300. The car un-drivable after 6 months because the transfer case has recently failed resulting in a repair that costs $3,500. The value of the car I purchased from Alena went from $17,500 (including the cost of repairs) to $500 from June 2018 to November 2018. Do yourself a favor and look literally anywhere else. Might I add, that the dealer mentioned that he would "comfortably sell this car to his sister"... which goes to show how much he thinks of her.

Make sure they don't blame the former owners, they will steal your money either directly with the deposit Venmo scam that they have going. To all the 1-star reviews that know they scammed you. Here's how you can report them: https://reportfraud.ftc.gov https://www.attorneygeneral.gov/submit-a-complaint/consumer-complaint/ or call 800-441-2555. I worked with this dealership briefly to purchase a 2002 Dodge Ram. The Steering alignment was clearly damaged and a few other details. We signed a contract that they would fix those items and we left a deposit to hold the truck. While waiting for the repairs Brandon the younger brother calls and lets me know he will try to do the right thing, as his mechanic was going to align the steering well enough that it would work for 2 days. Immediate alarm bells; either way he says he will get the parts to fix the truck properly. Several days Brandon says he has everything figured out. A week passes, no response. I contact him. He claims the parts will arrive soon. After several more days, nothing. I request my deposit back, he refuses. After I threaten to sue him and his brother he mockingly asks "How I intend to sue him for $500" See the screenshot below. After waiting another week and sending additional demands, still no refund, just lies and excuses. Their Venmo history is filled with "gifts" from customers (@Garry-Pozdnyakov)(take a look for yourself, though it may be private by now). that they will later refuse to return. Do not give them your money; just nearby are some incredible dealerships that can help you. Please note my links above, you can sue and report these boys. Don't forget you have rights, and scammers like this don't belong in any community.

On the literal drive home from purchasing the car, the "check coolant" light came on. Contacted Garry and Brandon and they said they'd have "their guy" at Evolution check it out. Turns out it needed a new water pump. Garry split the cost, fair. Before we had it inspected (at Garry's guy's shop "Sam's") we filled the tank and it leaked gas all over. We told Garry, and let him know that there was no way it would pass inspection with a gas leak. So he let it sit in his shop for a day before he took it over to his buddy's shop for inspection (no leak at that point, because it was the filler neck gasket). He failed to tell his buddy that a fuel leak was reported, so the car passed. The next time we filled the tank...surprise...gas leak. So we reached out again and brought it back in. He took it in, supposedly had it repaired (it's a really simple repair) and it was not at all repaired. His defense is that he told my son it might be a temporary fix. There's no excuse selling a car like that and not standing by simple fixes. Communication with Garry and Brandon SUCKS. They will not call back, they will not text back, it's TERRIBLE. Avoid these guys like the plague.
