Only go here if you want to waste 2 hours to return $15 worth of cans. The place is a filthy mess and the workers are not far behind. One guy was on the side smoking a cigar that smelled like a dead skunk. The other guy there, when he spoke to me his EBONICS were so bad I needed a Google translator. Very unprofessional, very unclean and the place is so filthy it has to be unsafe. No sense of urgency, they don't seem to care how long you've been waiting- the place is a total pig sty and I was embarrassed to be in such a dump. read more

I love the drive into the building. The help is very respectful. They try to get the customers in and out as fast as possible.

What a crappy business! the wait time is unreal! 6 cars ahead of me in line and took over an hour before I get to be next in line to go in and with 8 vehicles still waiting behind me, they decide to take a half hour lunch! Wtf! Hour and a half in line to drop off cans and bottles, that is terrible customer service! And it's the hotest day of the week! I spent more in gas sitting in line with ac on than what I got back in returns! Ridiculous! read more

Very very very slow.. the help here used to be awesome ,fast friendly in and out. 2 cars at a time.and they used to count the cans. Now with new machines that do that, so slow new help not friendly 1 car at time. Waiting in line 30 mins and still waiting. And the so called workers are on thier phones. I decided to try driving through to have my bottles returned. It is close to my house and seemed pretty easy. The time overall didn't seem to be long, and seemed to move at a decent pace. The facility is dirty, I was worried if I would run over glass etc and the people working there aren't dressed even remotely business like, it felt like I was on an inner city street and needed to be nervous. When I left I felt as though the bottle count was way off, as I return alot of bottles on a regular basis and have a good idea what I normally get back. To make it further disappointing, when I returned home, I noticed many bottles were still in the back of my open truck bed that they simply left there. I'd take a hard pass based on cleanliness, safety and accountability. I wouldn't trust anyone working there. read more

Definitely not what it used to be. They take your cans from your vehicle and now make you leave and go outside the building to wait. Then an employee brings you your money and receipt. No clue that they aren't cheating you. I think I got paid for less cans than I brought in. But can't prove it. read more

I arrived, drove in and had my returnables processed by polite employees in less than 10 minutes. The count seemed correct and they gave me back my bags and bungee ties as requested. All good. read more

PRE COUNT YOUR CANS AND BOTTLES, I have used this service many times a for the most part they are awesome. One day I counted 30 dollars worth of cans and bottles (Pepsi, Poland springs, bud lite) and I was given exactly what I counted a few days later I counted 53 dollars worth of bottles same brands all my state returnable and I only got a little over 30.so I wanted to see if it was me or them so I again counted out 50 worth of cans and bottles and again I only got little over 30 and I noticed it was the same guy everytime i came up short changed so I will continue to precount my bottles and the next time I am shorted I will be speaking to the owner. read more

Waited 34 minutes to return three bags of bottles. They also lost the account we had set up prior for the basketball team I coach. Assuming they pocketed that money. I hauled bags and bags there to raise money for my team and "there is no record of it. " awful service. read more

Worst experience at a redemption center I've ever had....bad staff that are slow and no people skills, but beyond that it took over 2 hours...yes 2 hours!!! If it's going to take that long it shouldn't be a drive through Never again!!!! People writing negative reviews are full of it. I am in no way affiliated with this business other than the fact that I have been going there for years. My can count had always been 100% accurate. Stop accusing people of skimming off the top. The people there have always been perfectly nice. Maybe if you have a problem with the money you get back, just maybe, you should educate yourself on basic arithmetic. Complaining about the cleanliness of the place? Really? The people there working their butts off have one job. They drag your cans out of your vehicle, count them, multiply the sum by 0.05, and pay you the result. And they do so as quickly as possible. If that's not good enough for you, go to Price Chopper and feed your cans into the machine one at a time. read more

First off I want to start by saying that the workers have the LAZIEST work ethic I've ever seen.. not to mention they took a smoke break multiple times while there were LINES of cars waiting to be helped. I sat in line for almost 2 hours partially because this. I understand the times right now are difficult but come on with a name "Stash's Hit and Run" it was nothing but a hit, kick your feet back for hours and wait for terrible service. These people are great! I highly recommend them because you can either carry your bottles inside or utilize the drive thru. And like the other review says, you don't have to do anything except pop the trunk. They are courteous and professional. Thanks you for being my go to recycling business. read more

Recommended. Stay in your car. You don't have to do anything except release the locks to your backseat doors and/or trunk. They remove and count your cans/bottles... will hand you your cash in 3-6 minutes. Drive away. read more

ZERO STARS. The employees go out of their way to be rude and seem to enjoy yelling at all the customers. We were shorted at least $20 and the guy counting the bottles couldn't care less. When we got back home and called, they simply stated there was nothing they could do about it. Seems like a real easy way for their employees to pocket everyone else's money. read more

I gave them (6) stretch 15 gals bags and 1 55 gal bag. We only had soda cans and water bottles. We only got back $19.00. You do the math. I won't be going there again. read more

If I could give zero stars I would!! It's a nice concept and the guys that were working were very nice however this review has to do with the way the owner acted while I was there. I pulled in with quite a few cans and it was busy. The workers unloaded my cans and were very friendly, they told me to pull back around and wait for my money. Ok no problem! So I am waiting in front of the building and the owner comes over and starts yelling at me that I am blocking the driveway. I explain that I am waiting for my cans to be counted and went where his employees told me to and he continues to yell and carry on saying I am blocking the driveway. Now mind you I am parked near the door where you can walk in with your cans but if I went any further ahead I would be blocking that door. He continues to yell and tell me I have to move forward, so I do as he says and he keeps yelling saying to go farther and farther. By the end of his yelling, I was completely blocking the walk in entrance and was practically touching the cars waiting in line to drop off their cans. If they hadn't already taken my cans and started processing them I would have asked for them back and left!! Never ever again will I go to a place where the OWNER treats customers that bad! I feel bad for the employees having to deal with that! read more
