The guy there was super nice and very pleasant to speak with. He was very knowledgeable about the products offered in the store and a delight to converse with. I certainly didn't know what to expect walking in here, but am glad we stopped in. Give it a go if you're looking for a unique shopping expereince, or some fresh roasted coffees.

I've bought many things from the owner and he is very knowledgeable. I ask him anything about a specific piece and he knows what period it's from, it's history and its value. I've bought many things here that I love! My New York leg farm table, my room size oriental rug, my cherry lady's writing desk and several pieces of mid-century modern lighting all came from here. The owner personally quotes pricing and it's all reasonable.

He said he'd look for the part and get back to us by the next day. I texted several days later after not hearing back, and he was completely unfamiliar with who I was. He finally called and said that he emailed a company and was waiting for an email back. Then he said he was really busy between "50 calls a day" and an upcoming knee surgery, but he would let me know what response he got back. We never heard back. I later texted that we found a part and would replace it. Come to find out, that part wasn't even the problem! So he took our money as a diagnostic, never folllowed through, and was incorrect on the problem. Hoping this experience was an exception and not the norm.

They never showed up or had the decently to return my calls and give me a status. I finally got a call at 6:30pm from a technician not associated with AEL who agreed to come the next day at 8am
