This is nothing more than a bandaid I have been there twice and will not revisit, ever. Both times I wound up going to a hospital ER to be taken care it's not worth the cost. Ex: check in, give your insurance, wait, go back and see the NP (nurse practitioner) then vital signs, didn't touched me, looked at my wound that needed stitches so apparently they don't do stitcher either. This place is horrific and terrible. Last year I went for a covid test, and they billed me $80 and billed my insurance because they did both a rapid and PCR test to maximize how much they are getting from the government. A couple of weeks ago, I unfortunately had to go back because I cut my finger pretty bad. I could tell a blood infection was setting in. I know my body well. The so-called doctor, and I'm not even sure she went to medical school was completely dismissive. All she did was wash my finger, which I did myself, multiple times. Luckily I had an antibiotic at home from a previous surgery this year, which I began taking. I immediately started to feel better after one dose. I DO NOT LIKE how they store our payment information. I would leave 0 stars but anyway. I suspected I had COVID and went in to get a test done. Needless to say I was feeling horrible, coughing up a lung and the woman at the front desk couldn't have been less helpful. Literally would not let me be seen without providing an insurance card. Sure it was my fault I didn't physically have it on me but not even with providing my policy number was it enough. So I made two calls to my insurance cause the first time they sent the copy of the ID's to the woman at the front desk and she couldn't be bothered to help to retrieve them since they were sent secure. This all took about 25 minutes. Once I was sent back the medical personal who attended me were unconcerned and when I brought up a concern spoke over me and ignored my concern. Nothing was given to me, I was sent home and told to take cough medicine. For reference I was seen on 05/28/22. Never coming here again. read more

Don't go here! They charge you a copay for followups. I went on the 12th, they said if I get worse come in. The next day was horrible and I went in. They charged me a copay today and sent my card into the negative!! That second visit was stupid They refused to give me anything and told me to wait 7days. I went to a professional ENT and got antibiotics and taken care of. This clinic is just going to charge you and give you a bandage. Do yourself a favor go to a professional clinic. read more

I went in for a rapid covid test, but it requires both a rapid covid and pcr test, with the justification that the pcr is more accurate. That is not the case, but if the medical personal feel that way, whatever. This allows the medical personnel to report 2 positives, if it turns out that way. What a scam. I had to pay $80 for the rapid test, and it will be billing my insurance for the pcr test. Seems like it is double dipping to increase its profits. Shady. read more

This place is amazing!! I've been here twice now. When my baby had the coup and now I think I have the flu. Friendly, fast and compassionate. From start to finish. Receptionist is pleasant and informative. The wait was nil. The gentleman that took my vitals was the same that helped with my baby. He was mature and professional with a great bedside manner. We have been here now three times since they opened. My partner went first and was pleased with the service. Recently I had a cold for about 10 days that was slowly getting worse. The NP Melissa was very nice and efficient. She seemed to really know her stuff and even called the next day to see how I was doing. This morning I took one of my 17 month old twins in. He has had a cold for three weeks and had RSV as a baby so we wanted to make sure he was ok. The PA (can't recall his name) was super friendly. He was great with my fussy little guy and was very reassuring to me. He told use some easy things to do at home to make the little guy more comfortable and told me symptoms to watch for the would mean he needed to quickly come back to be seen. I really recommend this place. They are open 7 days a week/ 365 days a year and are very friendly and welcoming. I am so glad we have this option so close to home. read more

I AM BEYOND upset with the services and prices they offer. first it was about $500 just for a splint on the finger. we MOVED and they sent our bill to the wrong address. And I am sure they got the return to sender... I didnt get a phone call after insurance paid saying did you move? nothing! we have this bill to send? BUT HEY don't worry about it... you will pay TRIPLE the price of your visit. It literally has been 6 months. And I got served on a $100 dollar bill that I am now paying $795. Waited an hour and a half called because i was waiting so long then they lie to me about it being a 3 hour wait time. (Had my girlfriend call and they told her it was a 20-30 min wait time) I don't mind waiting if needs be but I had kids being watched so I could do this tonight just to have them do this to me. The front desk female was very nice and courteous. The wait was not that long, and the place was nice and clean. A big however, the doctor was absolutely brute and cold with my 3 year old daughter. We went to this place because my daughter was sick. The doctor informed me before hand that he was going to insert a long "q-tip like" thing in my daughter's nose. I was ok with that and he left the room and came back with the q-tip. Then, he approached my daughter and me casually, grabbed my daughter's head, and brutally and without warning he pushed my daughter's head down and even wiggled her head a little. Understandably, my daughter was in shock and busted into tears. She was inconsolable for a while. I was in shock too and could not believe what just happened. Even my aunt, who was with us, and the student that was accompanying the doctor were in shock - you could see it on their faces and feel the tension in the room. My aunt, daughter and I were very upset. My daughter's nose bleed just a little and remained red for over an hour. We are NEVER coming back to this place. read more

The first time I went here was for a really bad sore throat. After getting an iPad to check myself in, I was rushed to finish and then the nurse got frustrated that I hadn't finished and he had to go through the rest with me. Then when he was finished taking my temperature and vitals he went out of the room and told the dr that it was just a sore throat and they proceeded to bs right outside my room. When the dr came in she did a full exam and listened to my heart, chest, and stomach even, then told me they'd let me know in 3 days if it was strep and just told me to suck on cough drops until then. 3 days later I never heard back, I had to call them and they still didn't know. The second time I went I had a really bad cough, couldn't breathe and my body was so weak, my dad drove me there. The nurse once again took my vitals then went outside my room to just say it's only a cough. Then the student dr came in and just took notes on what I had been experiencing then went out and repeated everything to the dr she then came in and didn't even get near me and gave a diagnosis off the students notes!! I definitely will not be going here again! I'm glad I didn't have anything embarrassing because my dad in the waiting room heard their whole conversation about me! So unprofessional! read more

Honestly I would give this Urgent care a zero if that was an option. Let me preface by stating that I have had the first two series of Covid shots along with the two booster shots. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES COME TO THIS CLINIC IF YOU SUSPECT YOU HAVE COVID. They did not upfront tell me that they do not do anything to treat Covid. They took a rapid Covid, strep, and influenza test and both came back negative, the APRN did not believe I had Covid, strep or the flu, but sent out the pcr test for Covid and told me she would send out the culture to rule out strep/influenza I think to just humor me. She prescribed me over the counter cepacol lozenges which did absolutely nothing for my severe sore throat and nothing else. Well my pcr test for Covid came back positive the next morning and I only knew because I looked it up myself. I was never once called about my results. I called their office and told them my severe throat was so bad that I could not sleep and she prescribed me rx lidocaine which also did not work(and caused me to throw up) and informed me that they do not treat Covid with any of the fda approved medications such as paxlovid and if I did get worse to just go to the ER-and at this point I was wheezing and my asthma was acting up. I found one of my old albuterol prescriptions and used that. I was able to find a dr who was actually willing to help me and prescribed paxlovid and some stronger cough medicine that actually helped me. I called multiple times today to find out what the results were from the culture they had sent in for the strep/pneumonia. I just got off the phone with them and they don't know what happened but the lab could not find my culture-I honestly believe that they didn't send in the culture but I will be calling the lab myself tomorrow to find out what really happened. Honestly I would never recommend this clinic to anyone for anything. There are better places you could go even if you don't have insurance...cvs minute clinic, medallus etc. The only way I feel like they could make it up to me at this point is if they didn't charge me for the horrible services they provided. I know clinics are short staffed and I am generally a patient/understanding person but they could have called the lab to make sure they had the culture, they could have called me with my lab results from the pcr test but they didn't, they could have tried to do so much more but they didn't. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. I firmly believe that if I hadn't found a dr willing to prescribe me paxlovid then I would currently be in the hospital. I do not have major preexisting conditions to have made me this sick and I think I did have strep or pneumonia along with Covid to make me this sick, but I am long past the timeframe to start tamiflu. In conclusion, again do not go to this urgent care clinic ever. I have had several friends who told me to never go there(they went for different reasons) but it was the closest urgent care to my home and I had to be home to pick up my kids from school. Avoid at all cost. They are extremely rude, starting with the front lady to the MA and the nurse practitioner. If I treated people that rude I would be fired. My son has bronchitis and she said his chest cough was due to a post nasal drip and prescribed a medication no one who knows anything would prescribe. Normal people prescribe a Z- pak w a cough suppressant. Stay off the Internet please with the wrong statistics. Just because you read an article does not make azithromycin a bad drug. It is what is prescribed for URIs. If this is who you employ and trust, you won't stay in business very long. I was so put off by the bad behavior and curt speaking, I will never step foot in there again. My information comes from a very long medical background for your information. Horrible just horrible. So after the horrible medical care that I received at this location, they have now billed my insurance incorrectly and try to bill my card. I had a special card that I use for places like this that I don't trust, so don't worry folks they didn't get a cent. I called them to let them know that they have not billed my insurance correctly and they said, we know. What??? They now say that it's on hold and that they won't be charging me for any remaining balance. I have requested a email stating that, will see if it comes. From this place I received inadequate medical care, a missed diagnosis and now insurance billing problems. Unless you want headaches don't come here!!!! read more
