My family has gone to this office from elementary years through high school and we have been happy with the care here at every age. We love their informative Instagram account (see pics attached)! We have seen pediatricians as well as the licensed clinical social workers and have always felt there was a success outcome/resolution from each visit. We especially love Dr. Memmott but we highly recommend everyone at this well-run practice. The nurses, and office staff are always happy and helpful. He was so kind and gent and approachable. He even have great parenting tips. We had another grandchild who needed help over the weekend. He was out of town but his NP MaryKate was right on top of it. She was very helpful and kept in touch until the issue was resolved. Take it from a former NICU nurse. This is where I would have taken my children.

They have always had an opening that day for sick appointments and we've never waited in the waiting room for more than 2 minutes before being called back, yes seriously! Their websites don't work they pixelate, they say my phone number is not valid, after all I've had the phone number for years why would it be valid?. You call and leave messages and no one returns your call and that is only if you can reach a person or a phone to leave a message. When you do call the billing office they start up by saying you have to wait 15 minutes several minutes later the wait time is 17 minutes a few minutes after that the wait time is 20 minutes the longer you wait the more your wait time increases. You see the only people whose time is important is theirs. They could care less about their patients. The actual doctors are great. But you can't reach them when you need them they make it impossible for you to talk to a human.

No problem. Then they came out with a new policy that I have to be an established patient and they could not fill my rx for 7 months. Now, I have to go explain myself and why I need my rx to Instacare or Connect Care. Horrible service IHC and Alta View! Given the rate they go through physicians and their stupid policies. They are horribly mis-managed. On to finding a new doc and place that gives a sh!t about their patients. Obviously they don't.

My boys are now aged out of practice and now it's just one child that is seen at his practice. He always takes the time to listen carefully, address every concern, and still makes the effort to ask how the rest of the family was doing. That level of care and personal connection is rare.
