And the swab which usually goes way up your nose was inserted only to the septum opening. I know because it is similar to the test used for upper respiratory pneumonia testing. Result I assume will be inaccurate. They are not doing this out of the goodness of their hearts they get paid for each test by the government and the state. POOR DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Despite having already checked in through the app before arriving, I was asked to repeat the process on an electronic kiosk, adding another layer of automation to what should be a simple visit. The cumulative effect is not one of care but of processing. Efficiency has value, but medicine occupies a unique place in people's lives. Patients coming in for testing may be anxious, ill, or simply in need of a reassuring human presence. Instead, they are greeted by touchscreens, asked to perform their own intake, and left to watch a looping video extolling the virtues of the company while not a single staff member is visible. Even a brief greeting, warmer lighting, or the absence of self-promotional videos would remind patients that they are participants in healthcare, not merely data points moving through a workflow. Note: I'm writing about the Green Rd Quest Diagnostics, but I couldn't find it on Yelp. I assume most facilities are the same.

Gotta say: THAT I don't appreciate. For a facility that should be aware of information sensitivity, discretion, and confidentiality, that is unacceptable. I signed up for the next available class, which was today at 5:00pm. At 4:08pm, while I was driving to the class, I got a text that this class was being cancelled. Two, same-day cancellations in the past three days. I am not taking my chances and registering for a third time with this company, and deal with another last minute cancellation. This is clearly a scam. I paid $60 for BLS renewal, they cancelled both classes I registered for, and their website says no refunds. I just spent another $80 to take BLS through about her company because I need my BLS renewal and clearly CPR Cleveland is running some sort of scam.
