She has been here at our office for 2 hours waiting for transport to come and pick her back up to take back to the nursing home. Mind you we have call Miracle transport and they seem not to care. We called and spoke to people 4 times and had to leave 2 messages to remind them to please come and pick up the patient. We will be calling the Better Business Bureau to do a follow up of how insensitive that they are to a patients needs. There was absolutely NO excuse for this type of service and care that the patient did not get from Miracle Transport. Very Sad.

And on the day that my father passed they showed up at my parents house within less than 30 minutes of me calling them to help us navigate through all that while we waited for the hospice and funeral home .
